We called Shawn from Pars to do a home inspection for us including mold inspection, asbestos inspection and air quality testing. He responded fast, did a thorough job with quick report turnaround. The price was also very good and competitive. Shawn found the defects including mold and moisture source, tested the drywall for asbestos and identified all the concerning issues. He explained everything to us in details and was very professional and well equipped. We absolutely recommend Pars Home Inspection and are very satisfied with the services.

Shawn provided prompt, courteous, and profession service for our mould inspection. He performed a thorough test of our home and explained all of the results clearly. Not many home inspectors as thorough as Shawn from Pars home inspection is. I hired him for the inspection of our house. His knowledge, punctuality and professionalism was beyond my expectation. He used the latest technology such as thermal imaging and air sample to detect any mold. We have used Shawn's services twice in recent months. The first was to do an air quality test in our town-house that has a mould issue. Shawn's knowledge base, and his thoroughness were unsurpassed. Again, his construction knowledge really shows, as he obviously understands what he's looking at and can recommend all sorts of preventative maintenance. I've never seen a home inspector that was even close to the level of detail that Shawn goes into.
