Absolutely amazing establishment! I went in to get them to check my transmission fluid levels. They checked only what I asked them to check. They got me in right away and were some of the nicest people I have ever met at an auto shop! 1000% would recommend and go back to them!

great experience at rocky mobile. coming from out of town, I was nervous about finding good service on my truck. Joost diagnosed the necessary fixes and gave me an accurate estimate right away, got me back on the road feeling confident in their repair and knowing I Paid a fair price. would highly recommend.

Had a very positive first experience here. It started off with good customer service. They called me before making any repairs. They had found some unexpected work that needed to be done. They kept the old parts just to be able to show me exactly why a new part was required. My truck is running really well after my service there. Yoost went above and beyond by checking in shorty after the service to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you for the great service. I will definitely be recommending your shop!!

I am a licensed auto mechanic. I am an automatic transmission specialist but have been out of the trade since I sold my transmission shop years ago. I have rocky mobile do my and my family's work as they are honest and do quality work. I recognize quality work and fair prices as I used to be a shop owner myself.This shop gets full marks from me. 5 stars.

I was recently travelling to Lethbridge from Grande Prairie - and my vehicle broke down in the Sobey's parking lot in Rocky Mountain House. We figured that it was the starter that had gone - and when I called Rocky Mobile - they sent a mechanic to me right away - and he replaced the part right in the parking lot. From when I called, to when I payed my bill and was on my way, was and hour an a half and I was able to continue my trip. Both Joost and the mechanic that came to my vehicle, were super friendly, and I would recommend these guys to anyone that needed any automotive work done in Rocky Mountain House.

A mechanic you can trust. I'm a backyard mechanic so, I know a more than the average person on auto repairs but, I'm no professional. I had an emergency repair needed on my truck. I called up the shop and the owner suggested to bring it in for a quick inspection, free of charge. When I arrived the owner and an assistant dropped what they were doing to have a quick look at my truck within a few minutes they accurately assessed my truck. The owner gave me a quick and fair assessment than talked me out of repairs because the repair price was too steep and the truck wasn't worth it. A different mechanic could have easily repaired a few simple things than find another issue and another making it a costly repair. I greatly appreciate the owners honest assessment. I wrote this review because I feel like I owe him big and he didn't even ask a dime from me. I hope it convinces a few customers to give him their business. I don't live in area but, if I did he'd be my dedicated mechanic.

Fantastic service! Joost is always professional. When diagnosing he’s able to easily explain to me what’s wrong and what’s required to fix the issue.

We broke down just outside of Rocky this summer, I called around and Joosthad us in his shop within the hour. The whole shop really went out of their way to find the parts we needed and to get us back on the road as soon as he could. The bill was also very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

We had the misfortune to have a heater hose fail in our older motorhome while we were 130kms east of Rocky Mountain House. We could have done some serious damage to our engine but my wife smelled something odd so we stopped and checked. NO COOLANT! We were towed into Rocky Mobile and Joost checked things over and all of the heater hoses needed replacing. Even the sensor for the engine temperature gauge was damaged from the heat. By the time Joost had finished, the engine bay was completely tidied up and he got the temperature gauge working by using an off brand sensor because the OEM ones are no longer available. After his road test, we were on our way home. No heating issues at all for the 2500km drive home.BUT, what really impressed me was that he contacted us a few days later to see if we had any issues and to ensure we got safely home. This kind of customer service will never be forgotten. Many Thanks Joost!!
