The store is only small but has a decent selection, my review is actually about the lady that helped me, she was an older lady (purely compared to the other staff on that visit) with short hair. She was absolutely brilliant, super helpful and patient

The staff is very friendly. But the selection of books here is not for me... This location only has fiction and romance books...

Lots of books, not a ton of helpful sales for materials that I was there for. Can't blame books for costing way too much though.

I am a bookworm. This is my favorite store. Not only is it clean but the staff are great. Always willing to help you find what you need. Easy to pick up orders as well

A good clean store with helpful and safely employees. I just wish they could do something about the stupid high prices of literature these days. Loose a star for prices.

Placed an online order for a product on their website. Order was prepared and I soon received an email to pick it up. Picking up the order was quick and hassle free.

They had the exact book instore that I was looking for. However I don't like their website since you cannot search the whole city for items, only individual stores which is annoying to Change locations then re-search each time.

I love this store! The staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful when you walk in. They are really on top of their customer service, and the girls really know their stuff. I come in there all the time looking for recommendations and someone is always able to help me. Even when it's really busy, someone always checks in with me to make sure that I am finding what I'm looking for. Sometimes I can end up talking to one of the girls there for more than 30 minutes about a specific book that I'm passionate about. It's very clear that everyone there loves to read and they aren't afraid to show it. I would highly recommend this store for young children as well, as they have a lot of merchandise for all ages. They also sell popular items around Christmas time like Elf on the Shelf and Lego Advent calendars. They also have really great clearance sales in their paper shop section. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a positive Bookworm experience :-)

The staff was very unprofessional, rude, and quite disgusting in their behavior. Teenager came in asking about a job and they proceeded to make fun of her after she left, mentioning how they don't hire children and they're too young for the job anyways. They also mentioned how they should look somewhere lesser for a job, specifically mentioning superstore.Horrible experience. Truly terrible staff.

Little overpriced but nonetheless still a great bookstore.
