Lions Gate Hospital Emergency Room
Go to VGH emergency. They had one doctor for all patients at night. Spent 8 hours doing basic blood tests. Staff is very indifferent. The single doctor there would causally chat with the nurses while patience would be waiting for him to attend to them. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost.

Poor experience with ER doc. He seemed uninterested and didn't do a history or exam. Just said it's looking better" and said go home and rest. I then got progressively worse and had to go to vgh hospital. I'm not impressed"

Despite being understaffed and largely under volume pressure, the staff is courteous, helpful, and perceptive, from intake to triage to ER nurses and doctors. Many thanks for all you do, including ignoring the spectrum of our tempers.

All the nurses, doctors and support staff in 7 west are absolutely amazing. The compassion shown dealing with patients near end of life and their family is so genuine and heart warming.

Lions Gate Hospital Emergency Room
Had to take my Mum in for some sutures and an X-ray. Staff at First Aid and X-ray were first rate! Prompt, professional care. Dr., Nursing and X-ray staff are first rate.All this on a long weekend Saturday at 11:30. Thanks LGH

Very good experience at LGH. Was under the waiting time on the website. Dr. & nurses were all very pleasant. The hospital was extremely busy. Kudos for the staff.

We had excellent service from Dr Lange who can speak Chinese very well in ER department on Nov 19. We want to say to Dr lisa Lange : Thank you for the care that you have given. Your compressional attention and professional care saved my niece life. There are not enough words for our whole family to express our appreciation. She will always be grateful for the additional year of life that you have allowed her to enjoy.

Today I went there for the second time and I had an amazing experience, all the staff are efficient, kind and work fast with carefully. I want to thank you from the wonderful Dr. Cassidy Brighid. She did everything to make me feel better today. I wish you always be healthy and happy.
