Clow Darling came to look at a leaking faucet. Told me there was absolutely no way to fix it due to the fact that I have very old pipes. The leak got worse, called my normal plumber to come and take a look, he had it fixed in less than 20 mins, and fixed 2 other problems I had for less money than Clow Darling billed me for someone doing nothing (163 bucks). Will never recommend them, will never use them again.

High quality , reliable plumber. Will show up anytime for emergencies including when I had a hidden burst in my bathroom late on a Saturday night. They have also fixed drains including old cast iron, and plumbed in a new laundry room. What I love about them is they show up on time, know what they are doing, and do a great job. I find their plumbers are very professional, courteous, and explain what they will be doing and any options before they start work. They are not a bargain plumber but it’s done right by pros.

Amazing service. I called, and within 3 hours I had the repair done and water restored. The plumber that arrived was very professional and efficient. Couldn't be happier, definitely will be calling them first when a plumber is needed.

Worth the price, set up all my plumbing upgrades in my kitchen, new Fawcett, garburator, instant hot water tap, fridge water line, a bar style cup rinse. I was happy to pay the $1000 bill because it was trouble free done properly, on time, clean, peace of mind. Don't need to try to figure it out myself. I can sleep at night.

Top tier service and quality work. They replaced our old boiler and hot water unit with a combi boiler. We all know contacting contractors can be a stressful endeavour. But Dana’s communication in the office was prompt, polite and clear. The gent showed up for the quote was excellent and very informative. And of the 5 plumbers I met through the job, every one was super friendly and great at the job. They took care to move pipes (other contractors told us they wouldn’t/couldn’t do) to create a more functional space for us. The plumbing looks like a piece of art now.

Consistently good service. Purchased both a furnace and AC. Dealt with John Cava in sales and he has been excellent. The installers took the time to explain everything and were great. Highly recommend.
