From the front line service technicians to the Home Comfort Advisor to the installers this company have been extraordinarily professional, timely, responsive from diagnosing our problems, suggesting a VERY cost efficient solution that meets our short and long term needs. A rental agreement that includes full maintenance and serving on the new air conditioner AND our existing furnace and a new easy to use thermostat for under $100 @ month was bonus. In yours research don’t forget to call Wightmans Mechanical!!!

My air con stopped working last week and I contacted Wrightman Mechanical to see if they could come and take a look. After 2 calls to other companies they were the ones that could fit me in in a timely manner. I was very impressed that their receptionist had me check a couple of common things before sending a tech out. Once Jaydon arrived he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 min and validated that everything was working correctly. Very professional, excellent service

Had my furnace go out Dec 23rd and they were able to get someone to come take a look the same day and find the problem. They ordered the faulty part for me and came to install it they day it came in, in less than 10 minutes. Very quick and professional service, reasonable pricing and great employees. Bruce was very kind and informative about the whole process and gave me some tips as well for the future. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service. Installers were knowledgeable, accommodating, and easily the cleanest workers we've ever worked with. The salesperson was also very responsive. Probably the best reno and improvement experience we've had in 20 years. I'd recommend Wightman for ductless installation.

Had an issue with my AC unit On Friday before the long weekend. They had a technician out within a couple of hours. He was able to Diagnose and resolve the issue within 20 minutes! Very friendly, efficient service. Would recommend!
