UPDATE: got document via email from Smart Start, however they still confirm to get document from VIP Vitres Teintées ... Second visit at the shop was totally different, excellent service and very cordial. Smart Start might be the problem.0 star - front desk guy is incompetent and rude.Smart Start refer customer to this business to get a specific document however when you get there they tell you they don't have this document ....

Scratched my window car installing the tint (2 week old $55,000 car) . 1 week later the tint bubbled up , went back to get it replaced. 4 months later the tint has white spots. Stay away from this place, pay a bit more money some where else and get a better service and higher quality material.
