Kitchen Craft is wonderful. We are so pleased with everything from design to all the work the contractors have done. Lina's design was the best! She is dedicated to make sure that everything is on time and to our satisfaction. Bespoke Construction is great too.

20 years ago we built our house with Jayman and Kitchen Craft did out cabinets and island. Their showroom is amazing with so many choices. To help us narrow it down we met with Heidi who's knowledge and expertise guided us to our final decision. We felt as though Heidi was there for just us, with absolutely no pressure. Scheduling and install went smoothly. We are extremely happy with our finished kitchen, its like we are in a new house. I would highly recommend Kitchen Craft for you reno or new install.

As an Interior Designer, I have worked with Lina at Kitchen Craft for about 10 years and have had really good results every time. Recently, she did my kitchen and I couldn't be happier. From initial concept, she listens and has so much wisdom and patience in developing the complete design. She offers great ideas without being pushy, she works well with all kinds of people and can do the simplest kitchen to the most elaborate entire house. I always look forward to our meetings and would recommend her to anybody. I know she will take care of every project from design, to correct ordering, directing great installers onsite, and making sure any warranty work is made right, so that at the end of every project, customers feel taken care of and are so happy with the final project.

My experience with Kitchen Craft was really great. Lina was super patient and helpful when working through our design phase. She had a great creative energy and was very excited about all the decisions we had to make together. She also was very on the ball in calling out some specific risks in the measurement phase to make sure that the final product had excellent symmetry and affordances for walking space etc.Dave was the installer on my project and he was also excellent. He really put in the extra effort to ensure all the appliances would fit perfectly and accommodated a couple issues with the overall fit and finish of the kitchen caused by wavey walls.Additionally project coordination was made very easy and quality control was thorough. Overall I'm very pleased with the final result and I'd definitely recommend Kitchen Craft!

We had two smaller projects to finish off in our condo. Chrystal was very helpful in helping us figure out the best way to add cabinets and a counter in our laundry room. She was even more dynamic in coming up with a solution for a mysterious space in our bedroom - which was only handy for storing a chair.We knew from the start that there were delays in getting our projects finished, but by the estimated 4 month mark, all was completed.The cabinets and counter top in the laundry room have done exactly as we hoped - and finished off the room perfectly. It's nice to have all our laundry and cleaning supplies hidden behind soft closing cabinet doors.Wayne proved to be a master cabinet maker and transformed that little space into a functional drawer and shelf unit. The bottom three drawer unit was prebuilt, but Wayne magically transformed some boards and trim into a functional and beautiful cabinet above. He was also careful to make sure he kept our home free from sawdust and cut the boards outside. It turned out so well it really looks like it has always been there.And a small thing that made a big difference - we asked Chrystal for a solution to the monotony of grey on grey in our kitchen. With a quick switch, the handles were changed from silver to black. We really like the change - and it was much easier than ripping out tile, which was our original thought.Our experience with Kitchen Craft has been very positive!Oh - and one more thing - Ken, the inspector, was sent out when all was done to make sure everything was in good order and done accordingly. A nice touch to exceptional customer service!

We love our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Heidi was very friendly and helpful throughout the design stages. I like that she took our house plans and showed us our kitchen layout to help us visualize what our kitchen and island would look like. During the house build she made sure everything would fit perfectly and was always there to answer questions for us. The installer did a great job as well. I would definitely go back again.

We had our kitchen redone in 2022 and had the pleasure to work with Lina through all aspects of the process. Lina’s knowledge and design expertise was amazing, and her hard work and diligence made the process much less stressful. Lina was quick to respond to our questions; and as this was the first major upgrade we have made in our home, we definitely had lots of questions. Lina brought amazing design ideas when she met with us at our home. The design we chose gave us more storage than we could have imagined! If you can believe it, we still have some empty spaces! Picking the style of cabinets, hardware, and countertops was much easier than my wife and I thought. That’s where Lina’s experience and knowledge really helped.The entire team at Kitchen Craft was amazing, from installation to final inspection. The installation process was enjoyable to see, and Justin, our installer was super. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was top notch. We also had the pleasure of working with Corrie (Project Coordinator). Corrie was a huge asset to the process.The only issues we had were with the countertop installation, but these were very minor issues, and Lina made sure the issues were rectified quickly by working with the countertop company. In saying that, the countertop installers were very knowledgeable and very experienced.Overall, I would highly recommend Kitchen Craft if you’re looking for a kitchen reno. We had our kitchen, and bathrooms redone through kitchen craft. The job took twice as long as originally quoted, and as with everything there will always be speed bumps along the way. Any issue that we brought up to kitchencraft was rectified and the matter resolved.Lina was very professional, and came to our house to do the consultation. She offered her advice and was very helpful throughout the process.Brian the installer was very competent, and honestly made the review better than what it would have been without him.Overall we are very happy with the transformation from the old to new kitchen!
