Budget Printing, DHL Express, FedEx Shipping Calgary NW

The staff was extremely rude. I sent an email containing a document that I wanted to print. I've done it before with no problems. Nobody charged me more than I had to. This time, the manager was extremely rude, and I paid more than I anticipated when I checked the price. Furthermore, when I asked why I had to pay more, he explained that I was using his time, which is not cheap. So I've stated that he's doing his job. I wasted my time, and after this conversation, I will never return to this rude and unprofessional service. If I could, I'd like to include the score - 10.

I would not recommend this place for printing. Came here to have one page printed. The price they have listed says 15 cents for a black and white print. The owner printed out my one paper for me and then said it’s $2.00!!! I’m like your price here states .15 cents! He said that’s cause I printed it for you…he want to charge you to use his computers to print for .15 cents but if you email him to print then makes up a price of $2.00 for one paper!!! Definitely not a budget print shop!!! Such a scammer!!Response to owner: you have nothing posted in your shop except .15 cents per page. You say your charging for your time $2? It takes about 5 seconds or less to push print on an email…that works out to $840 dollars an hour! Guess I’m in the wrong business! Lol FYI purolator will print your Amazon return labels for free. God Bless you too…you need it!Your the one who needs it! You are totally lying, and the other reviews prove that!

The owner and the lady who worked there were exceptional rude. Will never step foot in this place again. I highly suggest going to other Fedex locations, but definitely NOT this one.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Great for shipping anything through UPS, FedEx or DHL. They offer printing services as well - obvious from the name.I can say the owner will go above and beyond to help you out. He definitely did with me when I was there trying to ship a large pkg with my two young kiddos with me.

The staff at this store are so respectful, helpful and kind. They had helped me with my parcel and they were so upfront about the costs and they even offered me several affordable choices to send my parcel at a cheap cost. It was my very first time sending a parcel and their service was excellent. I’ll definitely consider them to ship my parcel in the future.Same time I was looking for a cartridge for my printer and they gave me the best deal on it.Highly recommended!!

February 23, 2023. I literally don't write reviews but this one needed to be done.I went to Budget Printing to drop off a Lululemon return with a return shipping label I printed myself.The person at the front desk (I would assume to be the owner) informed me, my shipping label was too faded (the print was not bold enough) to scan.I asked the person, could you please try to scan it" so that I could see if it would work.He pointed out another box with a very black and bold print on it
