We used your website and found the dealer Clim Air in Lachine for a wall unit. I made and appointment. The technician came, evaluated my house and promised to provide an estimation the day after. After two days with no news, we called him many times but he didn't pick up the phone. We had to give up after 3 days of calling without answer. What a bad joke! Please remove his name from your dealer list.
