Go taxi

Expensive like any other taxi starting at 4$ now, it would be nice to have a flat rate for bathurst like miramichi and campbelton has. But if I need a taxi, I call Go Taxi because they accept debit/credit.

I frequently depend on Go Taxi for my rides to and from work. The drivers are courteous, professional, and get me to work with time to spare! thanks for the great service, keep it up go taxi!

The dispatcher was very friendly and competent. My taxi arrived within 12-15 minutes of me calling - impressive! The driver was kind and quite social. I got to my appointment early and safely. The same driver picked me up after my appointment and got me home safely too. I highly suggested using this taxi company!

Friend of mine was hospitalized yesterday during the severe heat with heat stroke after calling go taxi being told a cab was coming. Then the cab driver yelled at her told her some one else called first she said okay asked him if he knew how long for her can and was told because she has pets and will obviously have some fur on her that no other cab driver will pick her up, ever. When she said okay I have a lint brush he changed tactics and said they won't pick her up because she had to much body oder, in plus 38 degree weather after working all day in a kitchen surrounded by ovens toasters and other heat producing appliances. Forcing her to walk home.I find this extremely inappropriate. So everyone with pets, or who happens to get sweaty (God forbid you have medical conditions that cause excessive sweating or body oder) will apparently not be able to use this taxi service as clearly the driver or driver's, because he told her he spoke with ALL the drivers and the dispatchers and they all refuse service (yet she got to work that morning by calling go taxi) I don't know his name, but it's the man with the small beard and shoulder length blondish hair.I will never again give my money to this company, and I hope no one else ends up being refused service by this company, and if they are I hope their health doesn't suffer!That was completely wrong of this man, she had waited already 20 minutes sitting in the hot sun, was already feeling sick because of the heat. She ended up walking home and lost a day of work today because she had such severe heat stroke the she collapsed as she was going home. Thank God she was on the phone with her husband who was able to run out and find her on the path leading home. Paramedics said she was so hot and dehydrated that if she had of been out there with no shade or water another 10-20 minutes it could have cause irriversable damage.

In this past month, go taxi as been ridiculous with dispatcher not capable of doing their job right. It is normal to wait for a cab, I agree Bathurst is somewhat big enough. But when the company is busy and there is more than 30 minutes wait, no one will actually let you know. 3 weeks ago I had to cancell go taxi after waiting 45 minutes at superstore with fresh meat, no heads up ! I always went with Peoples, you guys used to give good service. I am going back with people's enough is enough!

Call for a small 5 minute drive(15minute walk) since it was raining alot.They told me i was next client so only 20-25 minutes.I waited 1 hour for a taxi to just pass me when i was waving at the taxi outside in the rain.When I called back they told me i had to wait more because their was another client(but i was the next?) and doing their best"So i had to walk 15-20minutes in the rain and cold because no way i was waiting another hour in the rain. When i already waited an hour."

I never write reviews but .... I have to make an exception for you guys. I absolutely love GO Taxi! The employees are very helpful, friendly, I never have to wait very long AND being able to use messenger to reach you when my phone doesn't have service was a life saver!!! Keep it up, GREAT JOB!

Excellent service used them Thursday night we were at a friends home in Dunlop and the driver was only 10 minutes to pick us up. Great driver and very pleasant. Will always use this Taxi service in the future.
