Disgrace to Steinway. I've spoken with some seniors managers of steinway & sons, they welcome anyone to discover the steinway sound, which is not the case at Bolduc. If you're not a serious buyer, they'll invite you to the exit. Yes, it's a store, if you don't want to buy anything, you should leave, however I've never seen such money hungry people in any other Steinway dealers neither at any world renowned piano brands' dealers.

Incredible range of pianos and the salesman was fantastic - very friendly, not at all pushy and an unbelievable piano player. Can't rate this place highly enough.

Had an amazing line up of grand pianos uprights pianos and digital models, but most importantly amazing customer service from the worker Tim who was very personable and demonstrated subtle sound differences throughout all the models, thanks to Tim I received a very memorable and amazing customer service experience which I feel represented the company and it’s pianos very well!
