Playtopia

Fun time for kids. The place was clean and there weren't too many people right when it opened at 10 am. This allows for younger children to play safely without getting run over by older children. It started to get busier towards 11:30 am where more families started to come in. Overall, was a fun experience.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Playtopia. We booked the largest package in the Mezzanine room which overlooked the entire playground. The room was clean but super super hot! My guests were very uncomfortable and sweaty. The party host was not helpful whatsoever- not even sure why they offer a party host as she did nothing to decor chase me for payment. The 30 bottles of water and 30 juice boxes that came with the package were served warm and became even more warm as they sat in the hot party room. The party ‘host’ approached me with the debt machine while we were sing happy birthday to make sure I paid my tab. I spent over $1000 on the party package and I was not happy whatsoever. The next day I spoke with the manager and explained that I was not happy with the event. He was completely rude, did not care and lacked customer service. I would definitely not recommend Playtopia! Horrible customer service.

A lot of fun for kids - seems pretty tiring for adults and I do wish there was more to do for the adults although it is more for the children and you don't want to lose them so pay attention lol - all in all a great place and the kids will love it- they also have a few party rooms for birthdays etc.

Amazing place! all the staff is so friendly and welcoming. great facility to take your kids. i went with my younger brother and he absolutely love the arcade, the slides and interacting with the staff!! i recommend going here with your kids!!

Nice place to spend time with kids. Big enough and has lots of options to choose where to go, and what to do.But one suggestion for owners, do mandatory cleaning after each work day. Vacuuming and glass surface cleaning. At least. Last 3 pictures will explain why I pay attention to it.

I took my 5 granddaughters to Playtopia in Vaughan and they had a blast !! Wasnt very busy and so much to entertain them too.They enjoyed climbing through the nets and tubes and sliding down the slides. Great place for the kids to get rid of some extra energy .We will be back again for sure !!!!

We had my son's 2nd birthday here last year and it was such a great experience. It's clean, staff is very friendly, and love that that play place is large and great for all age groups. My son never wants to leave.

I booked this place for my son's 7th birthday party. The staff was very nice and accommodating! My son had a blast as well as our guest! They have some arcades,cafeteria and nice themed party rooms you can choose from. I was also allowed to bring our own food! But remember this was before pandemic,not sure how things are different now. Overall excellent service!

Visited this place for the first time as I was looking for an activity for my son to get his energy out and found this place on google. Its the largest indoor playground I've ever been to, and also the first one I've seen with an arcade inside. Place was very affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds which can be a bit more expensive with half the size!Place is very clean and well staffed. Facilities are excellent. What made the venue memorable for me was the care of one young staffer - Jordan. He works at their cafeteria (yes they have a cafeteria that sell chicken nuggets and pizza slices and drinks and other snacks which is awesome) and that gentleman knows how to do customer service. I had ordered a pizza slice and he came over to our table to confess a mistake was made on the order and that it would take some time for it to arrive. He informed us in a timely manner as we weren't waiting long but he was very considerate to tell us this. He brought over an order of fries for us to mend things over which surprised me as he knew how to de-escalate an issue before it could even begin! With these type of soft skills, that man will go far in his career.I also witnessed what I believe was the owner of the playground walking around to make sure everything was running smoothly and there must have been an accident somewhere as I saw him tell some staffers something and they rushed over with some cleaning supplies to fix the problem. The place was pretty busy, yet never felt overcrowded but the staff here did an excellent job to take care of the facility so that my family could enjoy it without worry. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning soon - and we don't live in Vaughn!

Good place to hold birthday party. Especially on the weekday. No too much people. One of the staff is not friendly. The older man I think is the owner. He don’t even look at you when he answer the questions. Speaking like a machine. Bad attitude and rude when I book my party. But on the party day I finally saw his smile.
