The staff are nice and super friendly, when I was bitten with an infected wound from my cat (Who was scared at the vet twas as accident) my family doctor rushed in right away and took care of the wound for me.Before going to the clinic I went to emergency care at the local hospital and waited for 3 hours before giving up and going to this clinic instead where my injury was cared for immediately.

My family doctor is on Medical leave so I went to this clinic when I needed help. Both times I saw Dr. Knight who very thoroughly examined me. She is very professional and helpful. Excellent clinic, excellent service, and an excellent doctor!

Too many issues, no one should need to wait 3 weeks to see your family doctor, by that time your symptoms can be gone or you could be dead. AHS really need to do something with this practice, no one should wait more than a couple of days to see a doctor, clearly this practice has too many patients.

Horrible, waited an hour on the phone, and the receptionist picked up the phone and started the conversation with “I’m busy I can’t talk to you right now, I don’t care what it is, call back tomorrow” yeah will not be doing that for sure

Very poor reception staff. Was on hold for nearly 15-20 minutes before being told that they're fully booked and can't give me an appointment.

My entire family sees Dr. Oyeniran. He is an incredible doctor - the perfect mix of intelligence, expertise, communication skills and empathy. Additionally, the clinic runs efficiently and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Great work all and thank-you!

I'm a patient of Dr Bains and she automatically accepted my children when they were born. Have seen her plus other coverage docs over the last few years and always very helpful, good bedside manners and willing to listen and ask questions. I have also had some telehealth appointments by phone and video and I was very satisfied with the experience. Clinic is clean and wait times for booked appointments have always been very reasonable.

I have been seeing Dr Sharma for at least five years now and she is great. I never have to wait long to be seen, and she is thorough. It's a bit of a drive to see her but it's worth it. I also saw Dr Fordham while Dr Sharma was away and she took great care of me and my kids as well.

The staff are lovely! And most importantly are competent. My family doctor and the other doctor I have had the pleasure of being treated by here are patient, helpful and always professional. I thought I would never find a family doctor in Calgary but I have now found a knowledgeable and professional practice. Thank you for being awesome.

When I phoned to book an appointment I was told by the gentleman that answered the phone the doctor I wanted to see was on vacation till the end of July and then was not returning to the clinic. When I went in for my appointment not only did I find out the doctor I wanted to see was going to be back next week but that she was not even leaving the clinic. So I ended up seeing a doctor I was unfamiliar with for no reason. Then upon arriving for my appointment there was only one staff member behind the desk working with any sense of professionalism the rest were busy goofing off and giggling the teenagers. Very unprofessional.
