My husband and I have experienced one bad experience after another with this clinic. The receptionist are absolutely rude and won't answer you (literally will go silent) or not answer the question you have asked. This clinic will make an appointment for you and then repeatedly reschedule your appointment last minute and reschedule the appointments again that they rescheduled. I have medication I have to take for my mental health and was never aware that you have to get a renewel from your doctor for these medications even though I've been taking them for years. I've been out of my medication for over a week now and it's causing me a lot of distress, which is really not good as I'm having a baby in a few days. When you call to make an appointment the doctor is almost never there. The list unfortunately goes on and on and it's extremely disappointing.. we're currently looking for a new doctor now.

BIGGEST DISGRACE OF A MEDICAL FACILITY.Entire staff is horrendous, judgmental, pathological liars, and lack the ability to be decent human beingsThe issues at this and skyways office are beyond sickening and need to be looked intoIf I could do a 0 it would be.Unprofessional between receptionist lying consistently to Dr not doing simple paper work or even updating your file.Dr Atko is consistently gone on emergencies" and never in the office and the moment you bring up a concern or want something done all of a sudden you're getting kicked out of the practice an have no family Dr.Due to Dr Atko refusing to get to know his patients and actually help he decided it was easier to kick an entire family off his practice including our new born son!The absolute worse place to go to and reports have been made"

They are treating and talking to people like to animals. If I need medical assistance, I would better pass and stay somewhere else, then go to the same place again. Very bad and poor service. People at the desk a special Filipino girl, talking super ugly to patience, raising her voice. Whole cleaning has very bad smell inside, nurses trying to spray with air fresheners, but it doesn’t help? Definitely they have to have government control visit. Thanks

Finally Found a new doctor in red deer and they are so nice. They make it extremely easy for someone from out of town that has hard prescriptions to get filled especially after the passing of my family doc. Dr. Akwu-Ude is amazing and listens and solves my problems right away. I love it and the staff always finds a way to get me in on my time not just there’s.

Switched family doctors so I could have the same doctor as the rest of my family. I’ve called 13 times now (at different times) to get my appointment switched because of having to go away for work. Surprise, surprise as many others have complained about the front office staff and not answering their calls, now I cannot get ANYONE to answer. This place is a joke and I would stay away. Even if the Doctors are good at this branch (I don’t know if they are good or not, but giving them the benefit of a doubt) the headache of dealing with them or should I say the lack thereof isn’t worth it! I would give 0 stars if possible

Husband had an appointment at 220pm it’s now 3:48 and STILL waiting to get in for the appointment. What’s the point in making an appointment you can’t keep. Don’t waste peoples time if you’re not ready to see them. People have stuff to do. You have signs everywhere about 50$ late fees for patients but you don’t respect your patients time. Very disappointed….okay I changed my review from a 1 to a 3 star cuz the doc was really nice. But their time management sucks.

(MORE LIKE DOCTORS THAT DON’T CARE) These doctors are power tripping not to mention the fact that they make you wait hours and if you say and do one wrong thing they won’t allow you to get your basic medical care that your entitled to. SEEN DR.ROSECame in for a simple blood work requisition to see about a late period and she didn’t like my attitude the doctor so she refused to give me my requisition & tried to coach me into how to approach a doctor in the future. Just because you can’t respect basic human rights doesn’t make it my problem that you don’t like me standing up for myself calmly. They even made me write an apology letter when I was under age to the clinic when I was suffering from my own medical conditions and was always stressed and un well. Thumbs down Alberta health care system team!!!! I’ve always had to advocate for myself at this clinic and they are unsatisfactory for referrals and basic interactions.Not surprised at all the bad reviews there’s a reason! (EX PATIENT OF DOC.AKO)

This clinic is awful.Staff are rude, take forever to answer the phone, I sat on hold for 22 minutes to be told I can't make a phone appointment with my doctor. I've had to call upwards of 10 times within a twenty minute period to get a swift response.I can't speak for all the doctors but Dr. Achi, she's a treat. Some times she's kind, helpful and thorough. But most of the time she's late, rude, condescending, incompetent, and unhelpful. I have had her outright ask me if I want help or just meds. I have had her tell me to have procedures done else where as she won't do them. She prescribed to me anti psychotic meds to help with moods and sleep. She has never once called me to go over any test results. Only did half of a full check-up because she was 30 minutes late. I have also had her go on her computer and use the same websites I had used to self diagnose so I could even start getting help.It's comical that anyone could think this clinic is providing anything other than a disservice to their patients.

As a healthcare professional myself, I was SO disappointed by this clinic and have had a couple clients say the same. I wasn’t listened to. The place oozes a sense of lack or respect for women’s reproductive rights, gender issues etc. Each issue I brought up in my appointment was brushed off as completely unimportant. Only place in town openly accepting patients for a reason. I don’t feel safe in this clinics care and won’t be back.
