Horrible service, was there a couple days ago wanted to replace transmission oil with my own materials and parts that I bought. At first they offered me 200$ for labour and 400$ for parts and oil. I decided to buy my own parts for 200$ online instead. I brought the parts to them, they said the whole job will take 2 hours max. During the oil change the owner of the service kept nudging the mechanic to do other things while he was working on my car. After 4 hours of waiting when I walked up to the mechanic to ask what was taking so long, I saw coolant flood and drain out of my car onto the floor like a waterfall. He said it was because my hose was old, my car is 5 years old. They didn't agree to pay for the coolant and a new hose and I had to pay an extra 300$ for replacement hose and coolant. I didn't receive a discount for the incompetence but I didn't want to argue.

Crooks. They put brakes and rotors on my car which have failed in a few months. They want to now charge me dealer prices to fix. They used Garbage parts.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.Absolute shame since they used to be good before changing ownership.BTW don't be fooled by the reviews they are all fake Chinese reviews they purchased. Total scam artists.

The experience I had with the auto shop was not good I will like to say though their receptionist is very helpful. HOWEVER the mechanic" who worked on my car is a complete moron and has no customer skills what so ever. I had to get my car towed here because I KNOW there is a problem with my car. For him to call me and tell me he ran the machine on my car for 20 minutes and then to tell me absolutely nothing is wrong?! I mean Im not a mechanic nor do I know alot about a car but I can tell the difference between when something is wrong with a vehicle. A car the over heats

I don't recommend this place to anyone. They make you wait for hours and not give you any update about your car. The front desk lady don't give a F about the business. When I make complain about my service, she just completely ignore me, and start to chat with others. Anyway my advice to anyone is that please avoid this shop if you are not the owner's friend, they won't take you seriously.

Horrible experience at this shop. Do not recommend to anybody, they made my bumper look worse than when I came in. Sloppiest paint job I’ve ever seen.

Best shop in town word. Never sell you something you don't need. Always give a good advice. Well that was prior to the Chinese owner taking over. Now they overcharge and want old customers out!! Will never go to this place again. Alligment 120?it was always 65 now 120??? Good luckUpdate: owner answered with covid 19, but your prices increased prior to that? Did you somehow know about covid coming?Anyhow they only want high end cars now and want old customers out! Well we are out never again I will bring my work truck or the Infiniti to you!

Not sure why the negative reviews came in. I have been going to this mechanic because I trust them. Had an issue with calipers on my Lexus truck. Dealer wanted to charge me $3200 just for parts (3 break calipers because they seized from the truck sitting around) and keep the car on the lot for 2 weeks. Went to these guys. few hundred dollars. Saved all calipers except for one...replaced it, and was on my way. Will update if anything changes, but so far they seem honest with good pricing.
