Had a bad experience with the Doctor,he seemed uninterested in my situation it's like he didn't want to be bothered.I went to that appointment with hopes of getting a resolution to my nail issues,left there stressed and disappointed with no answers.

I was honestly super worried after reading the reviews but It was much better than I expected.I arrived 15 mins late because of Hurontario traffic, but I'm glad I did cause it cut out a lot of the wait time, my wait was around 30 minsThe nurse is very friendly and Dr. Mak is amazing!! He understood my problems and was really helpful in answering my questions.

Went here back in 2020 the person that saw me was a female- Ejaz. She insisted any rashes in my head was dandruff and on my skin unexplainable bc it’s scratched too much- after being disregarded by this ridiculous diagnosis I never returned. Today same issues, I have a new family doctor referred me ironically to this place again. I was paired with the same idiot Ejaz - they have no file on me from my 2020 visit but have the 2 referrals from 2020 and 2022. Told me i was mistaken I had never came there while I provided dates of my appt back in 2020 from my calendar. Don’t bother to wait for months, the doctors are horrible and incompetent, not even concerned with making a file for their patients to record the visit.

This is a very bad clinic, DO NOT go there.Dr. Meghan probably just graduated from med school very recently and does NOT care. Waste of time. All the reviews about this clinic are true, which is why they have such a stinking rating. Unbelievable that they get away with this, they should be reported to the medical association for garbage patient care. Revoke their license, they are unfit to practice.

Specialists are professional but unfortunately, the receptionist is disrespectful and unprofessional. If you are looking to satisfy your clients, you should replace her immediately.

because I want to keep my name confidential, I am writing this review from my sister's account.Dr. Ejaz seemed annoyed to see me. I came in with a few spots, and when I showed her them she immediately dismissed them as they are perfectly fine" without giving any form of explanation as to what those spots could possibly be. She also just sighed when I came in to ask questions as if I wasn't worth her time.I understand that as a Dermatologist you must see many serious cases. However

Absolutely the worst clinic. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Mak who was very unprofessional and couldn't spend more than 5 min to listen to her issue. In that 5 min he must have asked her 6 times if she had good insurance. Told her that if she wasn't comfortable with the medication he wanted to prescribe that there wasn't anything he could do for her. We rate this clinic a -20. Don't waste your time here they will only make you feel worse. Sad when you go to a so called professional and they are not professional at all. My daughter was in tears leaving there feeling hopeless.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Assisted in getting stroller into clinic as I needed to bring my baby with me to the appt. I went into room right away and maybe waited 20 mins before seeing Dr Ejaz. Dr. Ejaz was reassuring that moles were normal and answered my questions. She never made me feel rushed.I went to 1065 Canadian address and reception was rude as I was at wrong location. Told me that address was in email to confirm my appt. Did you confirm your appt? " she asked in a rude tone. I did

I visited today for my appointment with dr Mak and I must say the service was great. I didn’t had to wait and staff was friendly.Don’t know why this place has got bad reviews.
