Just Christmas
Last year, the salespeople were nicer. Then I bought a lot of souvenirs. This year, apparently, they were in no mood. We asked them to check the electrical gifts for the Christmas tree, we were refused due to the pandemic. As a result, when we got home to Toronto, one of the $ 30 toys was not working. To the question - is this star blinking, or just shining? They answered me - it blinks. But when I arrived home, it just shone and did not have a blinking function. They lied to me. When asked to give one more bag, the girls looked at each other and reluctantly took out a bag. They put us in an awkward position, as if I had gone to their house and asked for tea.

Store is open all year...Has many cool and totally unique ornaments. However, it is definitely $$ pricey!Wine glass ornaments $15 to $25I mean, it's a useless tree ornament just overpriced.

Love this store. We have a tradition. we drive to the Christmas store in Niagara on the lake and the family buys a new ornament. I especially like the personalized ornament. There's alot of variety and staff is great

Good store, with lots of product, maybe a little pricey, although fits in with the NOTL vibe. Staff are not the most enthusiastic in the world, but helpful enough. Definitely a place to drop in and sample, if not just for the atmosphere inside.

This place has a special place in my heart. Totally Christmas and lots to choose from. But the tip of the iceberg is the man who plays Santa. Totally compassionate to all who visit this store. Its on my list to stop there every year and I live in Alberta. Staff is great and you will not be disappointed!

A brilliant Christmas store. I have not seen a store with this many Christmas ornaments. From children's, wedding/engagement to classical white only. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The store was less expensive than going to the mall to find similar ornaments.The only reason for a 4 star was because although the store has a website, they do not ship. Therefore you cannot buy online.#localguides
