Oh So Sweet

Picked up a cake today for my husband’s birthday, but I have to agree with other reviews. They’re overpriced for the product and most of the cake was just overly sweet frosting. I personally will not order from here again, especially since when I went to pick up the cake that I ordered a month ago, the gal that helped me had no clue what my order even was and they wrote “happy birthday” on a sugar disc with marker. Everything seemed very rushed.

please don’t buy from her, I haven’t seen this kind of cake in my lives $5 dollar no frills cake taste better than this I am not that type of person to leave comment but today I am so mad the cake was $75 dollar and taste is like $0 it’s literally all cream and the cream taste so different it’s hard I post some pictures as well you can see how much cream I took from it.

I've ordered through Oh so sweet a few times now through my company. Extraordinary work with how the desserts look and taste! Strongly recommend their services in Vaughan!

We had ordered from Oh So Sweet in the past for some family that had nut allergies but never like we had done this visit and everything was wonderful!!We ordered over 2 dozen decorated cupcakes,over 2 dozen cake pops (individually wrapped and decorated) and about 4 dozen mixed cookies and everything looked amazing in the presentation and tasted even better.Our family was complimenting the sweets the entire night and were all inquiring where we bought them for future reference.Thank you everyone at Oh So Sweet for such a wonderful experience. Ordering was so easy, pick up was a breeze and the food was incredible. Can't wait for another excuse to order more tasty treats as they were amazing!! Highly recommend you to everyone.

I wanted to provide you with my feedback in regards to the large 1st birthday order for Matteo that was picked up on March 31.  The cake was not well done at all and not made exactly as discussed.  To try ensure that this would not happen I provided you with exact photos of how I wanted it to look and gave very detailed instructions on any changes that were to be made.  The cake looked like it was forgotten about and was made in a hurry.  Speaking of in a hurry while we are on that topic, the next time someone has a large order, please be more organized during their pick up.  As I was told, my order was so scattered around the building (candle hidden in the back with the baker's, cake in another room etc.) that I was not given my smash cake.  The receipt was taken away from my husband who was not aware of everything that I ordered he left trusting the order was complete.  As mentioned the smash cake was not picked up.  The grandmother of the birthday boy had to sacrifice time instead of celebrating with her grandson, to sit in Saturday afternoon Vaughan traffic to come pick the cake up. As for the main cake, the finishing lines between the tiers were very poor and not straight.  The colour cut was very jagged and not straight.  The top tier was not a consistant black.  There were shiny areas and dull areas patched all over. The name was barely legible as it looked very faded.  The red colour that was used in the middle tier was by far the worst part of the cake.  It was an extremely dull flat red.  In some lights it almost looked burgundy.  I am in complete disbelief how and why such a colour was used when I again provided a photo with a vibrant red that is not out of the ordinary for Mickey Mouse... It is the red that Walt Disney used to design the cartoon!  In the photo that I provided and as discussed in person certain instructions were ignored.  The middle tier was far too short in height and the yellow feet were not there at all!  There were 2 yellow circles in the centre of the tier which.  Until now I'm not even certain if those were supposed to be buttons or an attempt at Mickey's feet.  The cake pops red" was closer to a rose pink. I would have appreciated to have known in advance during the process of accepting over $550 of my money that you don't have a regular red as I would have taken my order elsewhere which will be happening from this day forth.  I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product received.  This event took months of planning and was very special as it was my son's first birthday which we cannot ever replicate again.. It is a real shame that the trust I put into your company has failed me."

Rosa and the team did a great job with an amazing cake, cake pops and cookies! Awesome!

**DO NOT ORDER** ROSA (OWNER) IS A RUDE LADY. HARD AND STALE OLD CUPCAKES. VERY CONFRONTATIONAL WHEN SHE ASKED US TO BRING IT IN TO SEE. YOU GO THERE TO PICK UP AND THEY HAVE ZERO CLUE WHAT YOU ORDERED. ROSA SMASHED CUPCAKES IN FRONT OF US. It WENT ALL OVER US. NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. THEN YELLED SAYING SHE YAD TO WAKE UP AT 5:30 AM TO BAKE. GUILT TRIP. ABSOLUTELY A JOKE OF A PLACE.

Great service as I was picking up my nephew's birthday cake. They accommodate for nut allergies and others and the cake was still rich and decadent and tasty. Only 1 small piece was saved as the rest was eaten. The design was great too for the Nightmare Before Christmas

The sponge for the cakes r great. Service is great too, and being nut free is amazing.However it get knocked down a star due to the frosting being too much on cookies and cream cake. The frosting itself tastes great but the amount is too overbearing
