Susan is hands down the kindest woman I have ever met. She is amazing when i bring my toddler in and lets him press all the table buttons and just rolls with the changing table heights. Its a great office for kids to keep busy in and all the staff are so personable. Susan is the only chiropractor that I will allow to touch my back because out of the many chiropractors I have seen, she is the only person I get results from.

Spenser is an excellent Chiropractor, very compassionate and experienced. He has help me greatly in the past few years and have no hesitation to recommend him for those is need. MD

This is the very best clinic. I have never had a better experience with any Chiropractor, Susan Coutts is hands down the absolute best you can find. I had hip pain and shoulder pain that I could never seem to get over and she took care of it finally!! She knows exactly where to go and always takes her time to properly assess you, every single visit. She is a true healer, someone who genuinely cares. Apart from her amazing skills, the best parts of her treatments is her excitement and enthusiasm to see you and take care of you. She is so happy ALL THE TIME, it's amazing and I cannot say enough good things. And don't let her petite size fool you, she treats my boyfriend who is 6'3 with ease.One last thing, the reception team is kind and friendly and their online booking makes things so easy as well.

Susan and Tom have been treating me for over 25 years. They are amazing! Susan is my primary chiropractor and when I throw my back out, I know she can fix it! Not only is she a fantastic chiropractor she is the kindest person I have ever met. She is great with kids (I was one when I started seeing her (scoliosis) and now she dotes on my children). She made my pregnancies tolerable, and she has helped me through whiplash and heavy lifting (daycare). If you are suffering from back pain, the Coutts chiropractic clinic can help you, and you will be blessed to know them. Tom, Susan, and Spencer are all wonderful people.

Susan and Spencer as well as all the staff are just so amazing. Susan has done miracles reliving my back and joint pain I have Angclosing Spondylitis so spinal adjustments cant be done but she is amazing how she can relieve the pain with gentle movement. I just think the world of the team.

I had a wake-up call during my visit with Spencer as I had been seeing a different chiropractor outside of Tsawassen previously. I found Spencer to be very intelligent and intuitive, with incredibly advanced techniques (which he had multiple of). I arrived with pain that had been affecting me for months, and left pain-free, limber and happy. I couldn't imagine me going anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!! Especially if you aren't achieving optimal results with a different Chiropractor. I was blown away with the difference in their more advanced treatment.
