She took the time to review photos, offer suggestions and even mock up what a few would like, helping us feel confident in our decision. I recently moved into a new condo and decided to hire a designer. I have never worked with one before and it was a great experience. Ines was fantastic to work with, she spends time to determine your style and preferences, is very responsive, organised and with some great ideas. She made everything stress free and the condo looks amazing. Great care was taken during any installations and the workmanship was excellent. I first discovered Ines and her wonderful collection of art through Instagram. I have since purchased pieces for several of my clients and I have to say everything from the ordering process, communication, shipping and follow up has been first rate. In one instance the shipping company lost our art and Ines and her team responded immediately to expedite a new shipment. I highly recommend them, not only for the service but for Ines's keen eye in seeking out beautiful pieces that can greatly impact a space.

We loved so much about our new house when we moved back to Guelph. The location, updates and coziness of our place were all pluses. The size and storage space were not and it showed with the clutter. Ines and Peter had great ideas to utilize vertical space and our built-ins reflect exactly that. The design they provided us, for both the built-ins and a banquette (that would add more storage and a lovely place to sit for dinner), was stunning. The execution was even better. Their goal was to make the new work seem as if it was part of the original design and they accomplished precisely that — in incredible fashion. And we received an additional update of a drab dining room with a grass-cloth picture wall that is now a focal point in our home. It isn't at all an exaggeration to say that the work Kelly Hopter did has been life-changing for our family. Aesthetically, the projects are perfect. But the functionality, in addition to the extra space and ability to keep our house much cleaner, have made a huge difference for us. Thank you to this pair for everything. We can’t wait for the next project for our home.

Ines has an incredible vision and eye for design. She was able to take my almost impossibly large living room and create a gorgeous, cozy space! She is patient and her attention to the details is what makes her so good at her job. She fully understood my vision and was able to bring it to life. Our next encounter was a visit to her home which was part of the Guelph Christmas Joy Tour that supports HOPE House. Here home had that perfect balance of beautiful design, & elegance as well as being a place her family calls home. We worked with Ines to design and oversee the project management of our townhouse renovation in Toronto (with her selected contractor of her choice). The project involved reimagining, reconfiguring floor plans/layouts to maximize space, and to design a contemporary aesthetic throughout the home from floor to ceiling including new furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms, staircase, artwork, flooring etc.We are thrilled with the high quality design she provided - she genuinely listened and understood our needs and desires and brought great ideas.
