I would have given this a zero star rating if I could have because my experience with the young man who was working there was that awful. First I walk into the place to price out a car roof mount DVD player and a new stereo for my car and no one was even in the building. When he walked in I had to ask if he even worked there. Very unprofessional to say the least. Then when I ask him for prices and explain what I’m looking for he tells me the car stereos are over $1,000.00. He shows me the roof mount DVD players that they have but doesn’t have prices on them. When I ask him for prices on them he then goes to his computer to check them out and can’t find the prices. During this time I am looking at his computer or trying too so I can see as well. He gets pissed off that I’m trying to see his screen. I tell him how unprofessional he’s being and he freaks out comparing me looking at his screen to me ordering a meal at McDonald’s and looking at there screen. If anyone is looking for car audio stuff do not go here. My recommendation is go to FM audio they are very professional, helpful and don’t treat you like this. Also their prices are so much better then here.

I've been using their android boxes for the last 3 yrs. The level of customer service is excellent I've only had to have my boxes reprogrammed twice and they did it in a timely manner as well as they are always happy to answer all my questions.

My experience with Audio Vibe was good at first when I dealt with the lady. My car was due for an breathalyzer install. The lady was pleasant and friendly. When my install was over the tech that did the install was nothing but rude and foul mouthed. Telling me I have no respect for him. I was dumbfounded. I mean my car isn't the cleanest but when you start swearing at a customer... You tarnish your rep and your companies rep. I understand we all have your bad days but don't take it out on your customers.

I had my car radio replaced today. Service was excellent.

I have always been satisfied with this man's business.I've bought an android box that came with 1 year free updates, and went in for 1 update as weĺl as recently purchased a replacement remote for my box.All dealings were great and even asked about how my programs were working.Prices range and are deff. Reasonable.Excellent company. Highly recommend. !!

If you don't have Android TV through this place you are definitely missing out! Its been a couple years now and even no longer living in the Brantford area we choose to keep our android TV subscription through Audio Vibe cause they are only a phone away and we have used their customer service this way to be able to say that! In fact, we are heading in there this morning to have a new Android Box programmed while we are in town. STOP paying the overpriced big guys like Bell and Roger's and give these guys a try. Won't regret it!Long standing customers!
