After the recent storm caused significant damage to the lining of my pool I reached out to Alex and Marc at AquaPatch. They responded to my message same day. They went above and beyond by coming out at the end of their day. They arrived with all the equipment needed and even brought a patch that they had taken time to match with my existing liner (from the photos I had sent of the damage). They got right to work but took time to answer all my questions. As well as applying the patch Marc took the time to remove the sheets of shingles that had been blown into the pool and checked for any additional damage. When I requested a receipt for my insurance they sent one same day. We have refilled the pool and finished the cleaning and are having no issues with leaks. I would highly recommend them.

He replied to all of my questions promptly and was able to come out the next day to do a full leak inspection in our pool. His attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism is top notch. Alex and his team provide amazing service. He answered the phone right away, asked me to text him a picture and same day had an action plan to fix.We schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday - and he told me he’d call if he could do it sooner. He called on Thursday, was here same day and even came to my work to collect payment because his machine was being difficult.Amazing team and I’m sitting by my pool today with a whisper quiet pump system because of them.Thanks again!

These guys are amazing! Such a knowledgeable team and positive ,patient and methodical .We own a campground with a rather large pool(25x50) and had been stumped by why we were loosing water , we had tried every trick in the book we knew and still where unable to find the leak, the guy's showed up with there know how and got to work explaining in detail all they where doing ,lo and behold the HOLE was in the corner liner seam , repaired it quickly and have had 0 problems since. From bricks falling in the pool and tearing the liner to leaks in the underground pipes, they are great at finding where the issues are at and then fixing them. They are very professional and have all the equipment needed to get the job done properly. Always a text or phone call away. Appreciate how they take care of their customers. I had Alex and Mark show up to locate a leak in my in-ground pool. They were on time, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. When I discovered the leak, I was really worried about getting nickel-and-dimed by one of the big companies in Ottawa, but Aqua Patch set reasonable prices for the services they provide, and I didn't feel like I was getting up-sold or taken advantage of. In my experience, a lot of companies have their fingers in so many different parts and services, that rather then paying for a reasonable fix; most the time you just pay to have someone come out and try to up-sell you on something you don't need. This is not the case with Aqua Patch, both Alex and Mark specializes in what they do, so they're not trying to sell you on some other over priced product or service. They also didn't book me 5 weeks out and tell me to wait around all day. They set 2 hour window and arrived on time, they didn't try to charge me for a rush call; and they were just all around great.As a side note, I did one of those DIY patches at the bottom of my pool; (I wish I had a before picture) but the patch was clear so you'd think you wouldn't see it, but it was so obvious and such an eyesore. Mark took off the old patch and was able to match my liner closely enough that you can't even see it. If you have a leak, just pay the experts so that you're pool still looks attractive. I attached a picture so you can see if you can even locate the patch yourself. All around 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Responded to our voice mail within an hour. Came to visit within 2 days, fixed the problem with in an hour of arriving... Amazing service the guys were super professional, I would highly recommend!

Superb company. Alex and his team fit me in despite their busy schedule and did very thorough job diagnosing the source of my leak. They also did a great job fixing it. Alex is super responsive, knowledgeable and gave me great info. 5 stars is very well deserved.

Very professional. These guys are fantastic. I had hired another company to try and find my pool leak which they did not. Aquapatch came out and you could immediately see that these guys were professional and they knew what they were doing. They checked the pool meticulously and discovered the leak and repaired it. Awesome company, highly recommended.
