My son just finished his braces treatment with Dr. Lo and it has been an amazing experience! Dr. Lo and her staff are always friendly, patient and really caring towards her patients. Her knowledge along with her kindness and ability to connect with the kids make my son experience very pleasant; they are always very patient and clear on their instructions for us to learn and support the treatment at home. My son loves his new smile! We highly recommend Dr. Lo and her staff to all our relatives and friends.

I just had my braces off today and I couldn't be happier! I had a large gap between my front teeth and it is completely gone. My bite has also been aligned. It only took 6 months and the whole experience was painless and efficient. I would like to thank Dr. Lo and her staff. You have been very professional and so very nice. I would like to mention that I am closing in on 60 years old and so glad I found Dr. Lo. You are never too old to improve your smile.

I am very pleased with my experience at Shine Ortho. Dr. Lo is very knowledgeable in providing options for treatment as I navigated being in braces as an adult, and answered all of my questions throughout my treatment. She is incredibly kind. The assistants are very skilled and pleasant. My dentist and hygienist have commented several times during cleanings on what a great job they did.

Dr. Lo and her team consistently gave my daughter excellent care. Her teeth look beautiful now and she is very motivated to continue taking care of her teeth. I’ll be taking my younger children there soon. I’d love it if the office was on a more central location!

My son was very pleasant and satisfied with his smile. Dr. Lo is so professional for planning and treatment. All other staffs have nice attitude and treat properly all the time. My son is well cared. The clinic was extremely clean and very spotless. The reception is organized and schedule truly efficiently.

Amazing service and excellent expertise is all I have to say for Shine orthodontics. I was so nervous about the process for braces for my 10 year old but they made is seamless and stress free process for us. I daughter seems much more confident with her smile and I can’t be thankful enough to the team there to make this a SUCCESS for us.Thanks to everyone there.

The staff at Shine Orthodontics is amazing! If anyone has had a child with braces and know how often their teeth change and how quickly they can pop out brackets or lose teeth with brackets, just know that the staff at Shine would always take my kiddo in immediately, they made her comfortable and gave clear instructions, where even she would understand how to care for her braces and teeth. They are all lovely at this clinic! Thank you for everything :)

My child found it a nice experience despite not liking having braces. The reward system helped keep them motivated to take care of their brackets and keep up with the extra cleaning. There was nothing my child would improve. I liked the consistent monthly billing regardless of the number of appointments or fixes when brackets or wire broke. It made budgeting easier. The staff are kind and welcoming. My dentist even takes her children here. Highly recommend.

My daughter just finished her first phase of braces with Dr. Lo. Despite not liking the braces, she is very happy with the outcome and loves her new smile. The reward system also made it go smoothly with keeping up on hygiene and taking care of the brackets. Thank you so much Dr. Lo and team!!!
