Horrible food and very expensive! I paid $24 for two plates. Each plate had reheated rice and beans (old) warmed up Cassava, and latterly two spoons of meat (old dry chunks of pork and barely warm shredded beef). Don’t ever go there.. wasted my money..

Weird, the first time I came I got great service. The fresh food was really good too. This time I also got good service as I came in, but when I stood by the counter to pay, the cashier was more interested in finding their ringing iPad than helping me, so I waited. 20 seconds later a second person came out, but he was more interested in talking to the first person. Then he came and got on the cash register, and didn’t acknowledge my presence at all while I stood there. Then he began immediately helping someone who seemed to be a friend/family member. So I put my purchases back and left!

Amazing store, staff is so friendly I get all my Latin essentials from here. Highly recommend! The Al pastor taco meat is by far AMAZING! The tortillas are always fresh and at a good price

Great little shop with friendly staff! Fantastic variety of condiments and sauces you don't see anywhere else. Try the Tapatio hot sauce on fried or BBQ chicken - especially deep-fried wings. A must-have staple for the fridge!

I have shopped here over a few years. It is nice to be able to find items not in larger stores. It is a little pricey but I suspect because they are a smaller store they cannot get things cheaper. Products have always been good quality. The only thing I have never seen is Masa for tamales, not the dry powder stuff. Down South we can buy a wet masa in the baggie. I have not seen here. Tamales came out good but I like the other Masa better. Maybe I will make from the recipe on the bag and see how they come out and use oil instead of manteca. The staff have always been nice.

I've gone to Mi Casa many times over the years. Always found everything overpriced but what can you really expect from a small Latin store in Canada. Prices cant be low. Going back now after c0vid things went up. OF COURSE ALWAYS CHECK FOR EXPIRY.Was disappointed to see my $8.50 2L Bottle of Guarana days away from Expiry date and tasting FLAT already. But yet NO DISCOUNT was offered.

Ola gente. This is for everybody who bought 2018 FIFA World Cup Panini stickers from this awesome Latin food store. I remember when 2014 World Cup stickers were selling we would meet up every Saturday afternoon at 2,3,4pm (can't remember the exact time) and trade the extra stickers for the ones we didn't have. Is anyone willing to do that this year as well? It would be awesome. We can discuss here. Gracias!
