Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of travel. The bed was plush and inviting, and the linens were soft and luxurious. The bathroom was well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were always quick to greet me with a smile and a warm welcome, and they were always happy to answer any questions I had. They even went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable stay, such as providing me with a late check-out time when I needed it.The highlight of my stay, however, was the breakfast. the food was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit any taste. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit, the pastries, and the bread. It was the perfect way to start my day before heading to the airport.Overall, I highly recommend this airport hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are lovely, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is simply amazing. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Overall, great experience. Price was still high given the number of hotels in the area. I notified them in advance that I would be arriving after midnight and they had no problem.I wish they had features that allow various checkin times given that our flight was delayed entering the city.We didn't pay for the breakfast as it was much cheaper to go to the Tim's next door.They offered free shuttle to the airport.

Rooms are really nice and comfy. The bed and pillows were perfect.I arrived at 4am...and needed to be at the airport by 10am to catch a bus to London.I tried to book a shuttle for the morning and the reception said only 730am or 10am is available. The other one is full.I told him 730am is much too early as its just a bus and need to arrive 5 minutes before. And I'd rather get an extra hour or sleep or so as its already 4am.He laughed and I had to remind him its not really funny. He was nice and polite however maybe could have tried a but harder. But anyway if the bus is full then it's full. I planned to take a taxi.So I go downstairs around 830am. Check out its a new receptionist.I asked her about the shuttle. The driver was coincidentally sitting nearby and heard me ask.No problem sir. We have lots of room. I'd be happy to bring you.The bus was half empty.I really wish the receptionist before didn't tell me I had to arrange a taxi first thing in the morning. Not only would have that been an unnecessary $25 but it was a bit stressful as I don't know how long taxis take to get to the hotel and so on. Something I didn't want to deal with planning at 4am.Other than that....everything was very good. Nice clean rooms, good wifi, and friendly staff. Especially the bus driver.

This hotel is a little less expensive than some other Mariotts but it's good value overall. It's a good location- close to airport and to highways. I liked having free parking - so rare near airports.The room decor is dated and the lighting in the room is dim, so the room always seems dark.The staff is very thoughtful and helpful. They were very professional and positive.

I am not certain what I was expecting, but with the name Sheraton attached, I was expecting more. This hotel is being held together with duct tape. Rooms were not overly clean; empty sugar packets all over, tub had chips flaking off. The drywall near the window was all damaged and stained brown from moisture. The TV would not function properly, and the elevator shook its way up and down. The shuttle bus literally was held together with duct tape, in multiple places in fact. The mattresses were decent though, which is very important. Overall, this hotel has been poorly maintained, and otherwise neglected.

Good for a quick night's sleep on a stop over. The rooms are dated and need some updating, however the bed we had was amazing.The staff are friendly and helpful and the shuttle made our journey to and from the hotel easy.A shout out to the restaurant manager who recommended the Korean wings and made dinner enjoyable.

Says newly renovated, but it seems the lobby and outside are only renovated. Room was tired and out of date with a ventilation system that had a bad vibration. I was updated to a suite which had a fridge I didn't need that also had a bad vibration. So a good nights sleep was not really in the cards for me.Much like other reviews, shuttle process is to call when you get to the post at the airport and call. Then wait 20-25 mins. I watched shuttles for other hotels do about 3 passes. Then the driver is talking on the phone, doing 60kph on the 401 and swerving into the rumble strips (while looking at his phone).If you want a quick pickup (and safe transport) from the airport from the arrivals area this is not the place to stay.

Location is close to the airport but that's about it. Restaurant on the property's staff isn't too friendly but the front desk staff are very accommodating. Beds are soft & rooms are clean. But it's a very noisy hotel. The other guests are very inconsiderate, they slam doors, talk loud in the hallways, open & slam doors constantly and just don't settle down. Maybe the walls are toooo thin because you can hear everything in the hallway even with your television on. So it's definitely hard to get good rest/sleep.

Decent room for the price. Shower was the best part, great pressure and flow. Rest of the room was a bit dated. Had to go downstairs to get bedding for the pull out couch because there was none in the room. The driver that picked us up from the airport was very helpful. The one that took us to the airport in the morning was mediocre, barely acknowledged us and had us load our own bags.

Hit and miss with this hotel.First night there, we were upgraded to a better room, but the mattresses sagged, and the pillows were awful.The second night we stayed, we got a standard room, and the mattress and pillows were perfect.The first shuttle from the hotel to the airport was an experience I never want to repeat. The driver was incredibly reckless, weaving in and out of high-speed traffic, speeding, and hard breaking. He should have his license revoked.The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a much more professional ride.It was an awful experience the first night and a great experience the second night.
