Airways Transit

We recently travelled as a group of 6 to and from Toronto airport. Loved the door to door experience. All correspondence was answered immediately and efficiently. We for sure will use their services in the future and highly recommend Airways Transit

Larry Davenport=My driver from Pearson to my home in KW area on Sept 24/19I was very hesitant to contact this company after reading the reviews. So I then decided to contact the office directly in Waterloo to speak to the customer service manager to reassure me about this company. She was not pleasant to deal with at all and was very rude. After rethinking the awful conversation with her , I decided however to take a chance on my one way trip home and I am so glad that I did follow thru. I reached the reservation desk @ Pearson at 1245pm and informed them that I was ready for pick up. Larry who had already been waiting half hour earlier for my arrival showed up within 10min of my call to where I was sitting and waiting. . He was very professional and courteous. We had great conversations during our trip and he made me feel safe and comfortable. He dropped me right to my door and brought my suitcases to my door. I highly recommend that you ask for this gentleman only in your future travels to and from KW which is what I plan on doing as well. The female head office manager staff was not pleasant or courteous over the phone but don't let that deter you as its just the driver only that gets the 5 Stars review in my books. I've used this company a few times, they're courteous and on time every time.

I have used Airways transit’s services numerous times for trips to and from Pearson Airport to KW area. Each time I booked by talking to a person on the phone, rather then online. Each time the service we received was reliable, prompt and enjoyable. Recently they went above and beyond helping my parents get to the Airport on time and bringing my mom her phone and tablet which she forgot at home. I give them 5 stars because each time their service was excellent.

Travelled with them many times but didn't honour credit from a flight cancelled because of the pandemic after returning to travel again. Even a notice that the credit was about to expire would have been appreciated after years of using their service. Found another option out there so on to another business (that is cheaper and hopefully less rude).

I have a reservation with this company to pick me up from the airport. On the confirmation, the driver is supposed to be at the airport at 8:50 pm. It is 10:00 pm now and the driver did not show up. This company is expensive and unreliable. This is the last time I book with them.

Recently booked service for first time for my Mom. It was great to phone and talk to a person as I'm not great doing online...lol.The service from booking to both pickups to and from Hamilton was great!! The drivers were professional and very polite and helpful as my Mom is 82!!!Thanks so much for great service!!Bridget Gingerich and Phyllis Kocher

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES...they steal from you!!! I booked their service during covid and obviously had to cancel. Tried to redeem my 200 dollars and they said my credit expired?!?!!?! How does money you have fully paid expire????? Trust me try anywhere else!

It is really unfortunate I have to write this review because I have several trips booked this year and was hoping to continue using Airways Transit.Last night I called to confirm a pick up time at the airport and to confirm the reservation I had. A girl named Amanda answered the phone as the customer services representative. She first told me that all the confirmation calls were done for the day, which then worried me (I did not receive a call that day). She asked for my confirmation number, which I did not have as this was my husbands booking and the confirmation number was sent to his email. She stopped me there and would not help me further, she did not want to look up the confirmation by email, last name or phone number, which is quite alarming to me. This made me feel like I did not have a reservation booked. I asked if I could speak with a manager, she replied “ they are going outside, hold on”. I was on hold for 8 minutes the phone continued to ring and ring as the hold was too long and she refused to pick up the phone. I wondered why she would tell me her manager is going “outside” rather then helping a customer with support?This is very alarming and unacceptable behaviour from a customer representative. Especially when you are relying on them for an international flight pick up.I spoke with another gentleman today who kindly looked up my reservation by our last name and confirmed it for me and also explained they do not do confirmation calls for airport pick ups.I will no longer be using your services Airways Transit due to Amanda’s rude customer service. You left me with a sleepless night worrying about how my partner would get home. That is unacceptable.

I attempted to book a ride online. I received no confirmation that my booking went through, no confirmation number, email, text, or phone call. My flight was arriving at 220am so I had to book a rental car from the airport. The rental place doesn't open until 6am. At 4am I received an email from Airways Transit saying my driver was waiting! I called and was informed that they don't send out any type of confirmation of your booking. Now I'm being told I'm out the $168!! Apparently every other thing you book online sends a confirmation except this place... hotels, rental cars, plane tickets, etc. I'm extremely disappointed.
