Got my cpap through Medigas and would recommend them without hesitation. Karin is a knowledgeable, caring, funny and personable agent who just went over and above to make sure I had the right equipment. Great bunch of people who work there and made me feel welcome. I could not be more pleased with my equipment and the support I have received.

Uncompassionate, unhelpful, robotic. Unfortunately this is the company Lhins use to supply.

The person I dealt with was not helpful. As an essential business, they are only taking phone orders and payment by credit card. Their prices are outrageous! Lost my business.

The staff are patient, pleasant, and personable. I trust them and their competence in helping people deal with that can be a pretty scary situation. They have a wide selection of equipment and take you through the process very comfortably. I've heard other providers can be pushy or will tend to use debatable statistics to convince a sale; this never occurred to me here. My advisor Tami was excellent, communicative, and open to my inflexible schedule. You just get the sense that they are good people and that they care about their clients. The prices are standard from what I saw elsewhere, and they seem genuinely interested in making sure you get the right equipment (without all the frills, if you don't need them). They also processed my insurance claim for me and made a number of recommendations over a period of two months to make sure I was as comfortable as possible.

My experience with Medigas Guelph has been nothing short of miraculous.  The manager, Karen took me on from day one.  She insured that I not only received the proper equipment, but recognized the severity of my needs and had me fully suited up with in a few short days.She and her staff were there for me any and all times I required assistance or a change up of devises.  And monitored me on a daily basis.Since the very 1st day, my status has changed and they kept on top of every adjustment.You will never find this kind of dedication and personal care in any other facility.I owe Karen an abundance of gratitude for giving me my life back.I also appreciate gaining a new friend.Sincerely,David Speers

I needed a new cpap asap since mine had stopped working and I was leaving for a trip overseas. All the cpap suppliers in Toronto had a 2 week waiting list so I expanded my search to Guelph. I was fortunate enough to connect with Karyn who was sympathetic and understood my need for speed. She found the machine I needed and she worked with me until well past business hours to help me. I was leaving for my trip the next day so she even arranged her work schedule to meet me at a halfway point so I didn't have to drive all the way to Guelph. I can hardly find words to express my gratitude to her and I am so impressed with her commitment to customer service. If I could give her 7 stars out of 5, I would.
