EYES Childcare Montessori Whitby

We went by reviews and enrolled our 3 year old for part time daycare, but unfortunately our experience has been really bad. Mainly it has been because of the attitude of the class teacher and her rude behaviour. We started noticing that our daughter started speaking loud at home, specifically when she was imitating her class teacher while playing. Teacher has shown zero empathy and have been consistently rude, and one of the recent experience was when we told her that our daughter was jet lagged due to air travel and will be running late, she mentioned that we should have woken her up early in the morning, even though she was mostly awake during night (We informed earlier and were only 10 minutes late). There has been many such instances and hard to remember any pleasant interaction with the class teacher. I am not naming her here as Director has been made aware. We have withdrawn our daughter from this daycare.

We are so grateful to ALL the staff involved in the positive experience my daughter has had at EYESwhitby. She started there around 19 months and has blossomed so much. The teachers communicate really well, always giving updates and sharing pictures of daily activities. The thoughtfulness that goes into their program is also commendable. They take time to educate and celebrate various holidays, plan theme days and seasonal activities. The food is prepared fresh every day, at times you can smell freshly baked goods at drop off! The administration worked with us with registrar as our work schedules changed. We hope to be back to register our newest addition when she is old enough.

My son has improved significantly in various ways after having minimal social interaction during the pandemic. Miss Simone really cares about the kids in her class and does her best to help them advance. I feel confident that my son is well taken care of when I drop him off. The Managers, Nadine and Rakesh are always pleasant and easy to communicate with. It's a beautiful center. I would highly recommend.

My daughter attended Eyes Whitby for about 10 months. The educators were so so so caring, loving and welcoming. The classrooms were very clean, environment was safe and my daughter enjoyed every lunch meal.I highly recommend Eyes Whitby. Thank you for an amazing experience.

My daughter loves her daycare and she has improved a lot in many ways after she started going here.she learnt to eat food on her own, she loves to do her things on her own, she became a lot more independent. At first she used to cry but now she is very happy to go there. Daycare is very clean and very well maintained. Having kitchen on site is on thing i love about this place. They provide healthy meals and snacks to kids. Lots of outdoor play time for kids to get fresh air and some sun. Teachers are very friendly and caring they are very good at communicating about the updates and reminding parents about activities day ahead so that parents can plan accordingly. Everything about this daycare is great. I could give 10 stars for staff, maintenance and the care they give for kids ❤️we could confidently send our daughter here as we know she will be in safe hands at this place. We wish we could continue here for one more year without sending our daughter to school :)

We are so happy with this place! The staff is absolutely incredible - they’re all very friendly, knowledgeable and just happy to be working there! Our daughter absolutely loves her teachers and has shown such big improvement! They helped us potty train her and it went seamlessly! My daughter loves all her meals and the activities she does when she’s in class!Also, the facility is super clean which is a big deal especially when there’s children involved.We can’t recommend this place enough!

We are glad to send our son to this EYES Childcare, the way teachers taking care of our son and helping him in transition is amazing. We are actually worry free and peace of mind that I am leaving with good hands, it is safe and secure there. It’s clean, well organized, meals are cooked within the premises. Initially, our child was quite scared of attending Eyes Childcare Montessori in Whitby.  Unlike our older children, he struggled with separation anxiety, and with my return to work during the peak of the pandemic, we spent a lot of time together at home before deciding to enroll him.From the very beginning, our son received a warm and nurturing welcome.  The caregivers at the centre provided him with the affection and comfort he needed to ease his separation anxiety.  It was reassuring to know that he was receiving the same level of care and love he had at home.  While it took some time for our child to fully transition and overcome his separation anxiety, he eventually did.  However, he still had the occasional challenging morning during drop-offs.  In all instances, every caregiver showed incredible patience and understanding towards him.  It was repeatedly witnessed how each caregiver wholeheartedly embraced and nurtured the unique nature of our child, and other children, creating a strong sense of belonging for everyone.  The thoughtfulness embedded in their programming and their overall approach is truly remarkable, as others have also attested in the reviews noted on Google.  Reflecting on our child's time in Miss Ramsha, Miss Sharon and Miss Iram's classroom, I can't help but feel emotional. Our son will be starting school in September and this transition to a new stage of his life is bittersweet. His teachers served as role models and guides and have been so very influential in shaping our son into a confident child who is ready to embrace JK.We also greatly appreciated the delightful aroma of freshly cooked meals prepared by their friendly kitchen staff and staying informed on what our kiddo ate through the HiMama app - along with all the photos and videos shared.Last, but certainly not least, we wish to extend a special shoutout to Ms. Nadine, whose exceptional management skills made the entire registration and withdrawal process , along with everything in between, effortless for us parents.We are sincerely grateful for the incredible experience that Eyes Childcare Montessori provided during this crucial and formative time in our child's life. My child has been in pre school program this summer. This was the first time she was going to a daycare/preschool and the staff and teachers are very nice, responsive and the center has lot of nice educative toys. Miss Ramsha, Miss sharon, Miss Iram took good care of my daughter and she loves them. Special mention for the kitchen staff who make delicious and nutritious food.
