We stayed in the lodge for 4 nights. It was absolutely amazing. The room itself had everything you need, everything was clean and well organized. We also did laundry, only 4 dollars for the washing machine and 1 dollar for the dryer. We also bought breakfast and ice cream, it was delicious. If we are in the area again, I would definitely stop by just to buy some food. Staff was also very nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommendation

Ate here while visiting Yoho NP. Drove into town not expecting much for food. Wow! My wife loved the Beet Salad and I highly recommend the burger. Top quality food, service and atmosphere. Sitting on the deck with fantastic views is second to none.

Phenomenal staff, dog friendly out front not inside or in patio which is totally fine there is plenty of space, we had a takeout picnic on the grass. Came back several times during our stay because of the good food. Even when we stayed in other towns locals recommended coming back to field to go here.

The staff was top notch. And they have a wonderful local beer selection. We got the burgers. We thought it odd that they didn’t ask for a temperature and they came out a bit well done for our liking.Prices are a bit high as you would expect at a national park.As far as location, Field is close to everything you could want to do in the national park, but not much going on in town.

Great place to eat in Field BC! The service is amazing and super friendly and the food is really good! You won't leave hungry!Lots of space in the restaurant to sit and yes, you can even sit outside.Parking available in front of the building and there's street parking as well.Highly recommended!

Only a couple vegan options. For the appetizer i got the mushroom confit without the cheese. The main course to get is the I can't believe it's not butter chicken" without the cheese as well. Both dishes were so good!"

We were hungry for lunch so stopped in Field. We actually only saw Truffle Pig at first. I wish they had the menu outside so we could decide if we wanted to go in. We both read the menu and knew it was too big for lunch and more of dinner prices. Neither of us could finish our meals. My husband ordered the Korean ribs and thought there was too much grizzle to it. To bad we did not look across the street or kiddie corner as there were 2 other places to eat.

The location of Truffle Pigs is perfect for exploring Yoho NP. It's a very well maintained property with thoughtful touches and cute landscaping! If you stay here, there isn't much else around in terms of dining, so their restaurant is really your only option. However, the food is fantastic - way better than we expected - so we were quite happy dining there both nights.

We didn't stay in a room, but did sit on the patio for a few drinks after a long day of hiking. The service was good and the home concocted beverages were great. We really liked the ginger beer.

Enroute to Calgary from the south Okanagan, we elected to stay one night in Field at the Truffle Pigs Lodge rather than Lake Louise, where the prices are so much higher. The room was comfortable, and I appreciate the special touches like the truffles on the pillows and personal greeting with information about service. The room wasn't air-conditioned, but did have a large fan. As our room didn't have two windows, we didn't get flow through ventilation like rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors would receive, so it stayed warm for quite awhile into the evening. I loved the note about dishwashing... for $15 they'll do your dishes for you! LOL. I'd like to make $15 every time I do dishes! We ate at the Bistro and although Ed was thrilled with his special that included duck confit, my Korean ribs were tough and finicky to manage. The rest of my meal was very tasty though.Service in the restaurant was top-notch, such a nice waitress! But neither the gentleman at reception or the Bistro hostess seemed very happy - nary a smile from either - which loses a star from me.
