Just bought our car from Natalie. We bought the car for our daughter and she was super helpful and very understanding of our needs. There was never any pressure and she took as much time as we asked of her to get our purchase completed and on the road in 3 days. She even came into the dealership on her day off to get my daughter on the road before the weekend. Thank you Natalie and we'll see you again.

Very disappointed in customer service and sales all around, I got to the dealership looking for a price. Told at first that I could put a 500$ deposit on a car to hold it to my name until it arrives. 15 minutes later they brought me into financing and wanted me to sign on the spot with no going back if not the car could not be held until arrival.I also got told that there was no Hyundai elantra N-line in Ontario but called different dealerships and they 2 of them had some in stock.I ended up getting the higher model from another dealership and it was cheaper! overall very disappointed and felt like they were treating me as an easy opportunity to make money.

Ashanti is the best - she really takes the time to know her client and figure out the car and features that work best for you. It was also really nice to see a familiar face in Eric, I have dealt sign him at a different dealer for my previous two leases - it was a pleasant surprise to be able to work with him again. Everyone one was professional, friendly and helpful, 10/10 recommend Pathway Hyundai!!!

Extremely pleasant experience! Although I did not end up buying a car from them, the professionalism of their staff is on another level. Especially Ashanti, who was my associate, was very professional, patient, and very helpful. She did everything in her power to help. The whole experience was just outstanding. Highly recommended! If you’re looking for a Hyundai or any used car in or near Ottawa, ask for Ashanti.

I was helped by Chris and would highly recommend his service. Admittedly, he tried finalizing a deal before I was ready, but after I told him I wasn't ready, he waited for me to be sure about the vehicle I wanted.He didn't try to upsell me, and when I didn't get approved for the vehicle I wanted, they searched the car lot to find a vehicle I could still enjoy while getting approved, all at a reasonable price.I had a great experience with Chris as the salesman and Stephanie on the financial side.
