Kirsty is my go-to hairdresser - I used to bounce from salon to salon, but not any more - I've never been complimented by strangers on my hair before, and it's all thanks to Kristy! Can't recommend her enough.

I am so happy with my hair thanks to Kristy! I appreciate how she paid attention to detail on my cut and highlights. She also took the time to explain and give me the best advice for the type of hair I have and how to reach my goals!! I love how my hair turned out and I highly recommend this salon. It’s a very friendly and easy going atmosphere.

Sam and Kristy are simply the best. You would be hard-pressed to find another salon in Burnaby that has such a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Kristy has done my hair for over a decade and I trust her implicitly. I’ve never walked out with a bad haircut or had an unsatisfactory experience. Can’t recommend enough!

Sam at Lather Hair Lounge gave me the most amazing balayage and exceeded my expectations! She is talented, patient, and knowledgable. I have been to her twice and loved my hair both times, she is now my go-to girl! Sam knew exactly what would look good with my complexion and custom made my colour to fit it perfectly. I love my hair!! Kristy has been colouring and cutting my curly hair for over 5 years now and everytime I leave I’m happier than the last time! The salon is clean and bright. The women there are knowledgeable, professional and fun. I would give 100 stars if I could! Highly recommend!

I have been a client of Sam's for almost 20 years. I have been loyal to her all this time except for the rare need for a style while out of town. No one compares to Sam Froome. She has honed her technique over the past 20 years and she is a consummate professional and skilled hair stylist. She is friendly and welcoming as are all the stylists. Her new space is fresh and inviting and it has a cool, modern but retro vibe. Very high energy. Run, don't walk to the renovated new space that is Lather Hair Lounge.

Samantha, the owner of the shop, is such a wonderful and talented hairstylist! She turned my miserable mop of messy curls into a very happy mop of pretty curls! It’s so hard to find someone you trust to do your hair, especially when you have thick unruly curls like I do!I was growing out my undercut and I wanted the longer hair on top to blend nicely with the undercut as it grows out, and she knew exactly what to do to make it look awesome! Seriously, it’s been a couple months and my hair still looks great!Sammi clearly cares so much about making sure her clients leave the salon happy, and you can tell that she puts her heart into what she does! Not to mention she’s incredibly sweet as well.Never going anywhere else from now on!
