Great service. Prompt, courteous, completely trustworthy. Have used Kevin's services for several years. Usually cleans exterior windows and screens and power washes siding.Most recently I asked Kevin to do his usual job (windows, screens and siding), he took a look around then informed me that the siding did not really need it. He spot cleaned a few areas and saved me a lot of money on an all over power wash. Great guy!Thank you Kevin and team. I highly recommend this service!

We have used Kolar every spring since we moved to the area 3 years. They always do a fantastic job on the windows at a very reasonable price. The windows sparkle from the road. They are very professional and always on time.. They also did a treatment on our roof moss and it totally cleared it. They go above and beyond and would highly recommend Kolar.

Kolar window cleaning did a fantastic job on our windows which were really dirty with May fly and oak tree mess. Very professional and friendly. They were also careful with my flowers while power washing. Definitely recommend them.

Kevin and his crew did a great job cleaning windows, storms and screens on our home. The windows had been neglected by previous owners and they were truly filthy, sills were filled with bugs and cobwebs. They clearly do their work with pride for a job well done and have great people skills as well. A pleasure to have in our home.

They also cleaned our screens, window sills and two skylights. Our windows are sparkling clean! We felt very comfortable having these two young men in our home.
