Scheduled locates back in May. Know they were done, never received notifications from Enbridge. Have been trying to call them for 3 days. Call, wait on hold for 5 minutes then get told to leave a message that never gets responded to. Nice they don’t care about wasting YOUR time! Have left 4 messages and emailed 3 times. I received one reply to email that was forwarded to another person and never responded to! Utter nonsense!This is completely unacceptable for any business in today’s world.Two thumbs DOWN G-Tel!

never on schedule, always have excuses no matter what time of year, worst company ever, lazy employees always sitting in their car and doing nothing.. what a joke, and this company is still operating

Doesn’t answer the phone. Been waiting for locates over 2 weeks. Part of that was due to Ontario One Call but still haven’t had my locates. The fact they don’t answer the phone is annoying

I had Chris from G-Tel come do my locates in Chatham. Chris is a professional and super nice, he showed me everything I needed to know. Chris gives 10 star customer service, thanks Chris!

Could not get anyone to answer the phone and the voice mail was full so you can't even leave a message. No hours of business listed on website. So I not know if there someone there or not.

Ordered fence in May.Now the end of August.Contractor is still waiting for utility locates. I called G-tel to find out when the we are scheduled. Unfortunately they udon't answer phones and voicemails are full. If I DON'T HEAR SOMETHING BY Aug23 from G-tel I will advise Utility companies I will start probing for underground structures myself and suggest they contract their locates to someone competent.
