I wouldn't even rate this company 1 star.... Their sales practices are definetly questionable and when you try to contact them to inquire, the customer service representatives have no idea what they are doing.An unsolicited sales person went to my mother's house, that was listed for sale and managed to talk a 63 year old woman with MS and in a wheelchair who is on a number of prescriptions that affect her cognitive awareness into purchasing a $4500 water heater with a $4500 hepa-filter.She was selling the home because she could no longer afford to live there, so it does not make sense that she would purchase this product, especially at such a high cost!!! I cannot believe that a sales person would take advantage of a person in this kind of a situation for a simple commission without suggesting that a family member is present. I am completely disgusted with this company as I have tried several times to speak to them about this and they can't/won't call me back.My mother was told that there would be no monthly payments and received no paperwork, so she somehow believed that she received this water heater system for free....2 weeks later, the house is sold, and we now have to pay the balance in full $10,170.. I hope the new home owner enjoys this product as we haven't had it long enough to be able to rate the product itself.We will be looking into legal counsel and the BBB regarding this company as I have made several phone calls/emails regarding their sales practices and I have never received a response.

The salesman used bad math to justify the cost of the furnace and AC and wouldn't change it even when I showed him the errors. He also tried to tell me our existing AC was pumping chlorine gas through our house. I finally told him to stop talking and he ignored that request. When I told him I'd think about the purchase, he gave me the day he'd follow up. Thankfully, he never called back.

These guys are the best! They installed a new furnace and a/c unit and they're great! No problems, very smooth process and the consultant Hunter Woodcock was very friendly and gave me the best deal out there!! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company for all your home energy appliances!!

Beware, very sketchy practices. Inlaws had unsolicited call and a salesman showed up at their door uninvited.

Had unsolicited service to 82 year old mother. Installation was fine but then it was financed through a 3rd party at 10 times the cost of the equipment. Retained legal council, froze bank accounts so nothing was scammed and informed police. On file with Guelph police department with paperwork and 2 forged signatures.

I was told before engaging with this company what scammers they are - so I told them I am not interested in their services. They've called me back since at least 7 times - leave me alone and go scam someone else! I'm reporting them for harassment.

Too many red flags! Not entirely sure if they are legit.

We received a sales call from James who said that we will be eligible for a big rebate. He wanted to send someone to check the furnace and attic before proceeding but the guy never showed.The sales team called again and we told them that we are not interested as no one showed up last time, the sales representative apologized and scheduled us for an urgent appointment next day and again no one showed up!!Now I am reading all the reviews and i am glad no one showed up. Scam and can’t be trusted
