We needed replacement windows pretty badly. Our house had the original single-paned window installed in the 60s. I called Clera on a recommendation from a friend. Ryan was just awesome! He did his best work. Thanks to Clera

Buyer beware!!! The product quality and professionalism with this company are both sorely lacking. After only 2 years, the latch for the locking mechanism of my window broke off. It has been nothing but a runaround from James since May about having the part ordered and replaced (despite them even telling me I had to pay for the repair to be made!). Always some excuse, months later I still cannot operate my window... And no word from James or Paul. I have windows in my home from the 90s that are of better quality. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Spend your money elsewhere.

Buyer beware...NO communication from this company and when trying to discern why (before we paid the remainder) the manager" was beyond rude and made collection agency threats. We have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service from any company. The one star is the for installation guys who finally came from out of area and had to deal with mistakes the estimator made."

It was a bit of a stretch to get the windows done this year, but I'm glad that I did it. The price was right... the promo was great and the rebate made it sensible. I would use Clera again.

It was a cold day in winter and you did one window at a time to make sure the house did not get cold. The temperature stayed the same.
