Unbelievable my new favourite Regina hidden gem. Incredible food with unbelievable service. This place is a must if you have never been. Took my family and my parents who were visiting from Calgary. We all agreed this place has the best Italian food we have ever found! From the atmosphere to the service and the food they hit every point well above 5 stars in my opinion. Thanks for a incredible meal and we will definitely be back again.

Really nice place for lunch. Fresh spaghetti and lasagna. Must try their homemade meatballs. Delicious ~ with excellent service.

Found this via google as it was near our hotel and highly rated. So glad we came, not only is it a great little family business but the food was so good. Delicious simple Italian food, fresh ingredients made with care. This was probably the best bruschetta we’ve ever had, perfect mix of crunch and flavour. Can’t wait to be back again! A must try if you are in Regina

Silvia’s Italian Cafe is a family owned restaurant with authentic Italian food. Extremely high quality food, very delicious! The owners provide outstanding customer service and they truly care about their business. Highly recommended for folks to try it out if you’re visiting the city. Located at heart downtown Regina.

We've been here a couple of times now. It's a nice little spot, with good music playing. The owner is very welcoming and nice. The cooks work great together. Food has been fantastic.

Silvia's Italian Café
This was our first time eating here. They have been operating for 3 years but i didnt know they existed until recently. It is located in the basement of the Legion Building on Cornwall St.The food, service and atmosphere are amazing. This certainly will not be the last time we eat at Silvia's. It has easily become my new favorite restaurant.

The food, is delicious! Service is very personable! And easy to find! The restaurant is downstairs at the Royal Canadian Legion on Cornwall in Regina!

Best dinner. Try the four cheese ravioli with a meetball and the lasagna. Don’t forget to have a glass of wine with your meal. Atmosphere was fabulous. Owner was fantastic. Left there with a big hug. Can’t wait to go back.
