I had a fantastic experience with Jake and Naomi from Hot Tub Ninjas. I was trying to get some service from the big guys and was just getting the runaround. Jake came over, checked things out the day after I called, said it was my pump, I said it was the board. He came back the next day and replaced the board, it was the pump. I replaced that pump once already so I know what it cost's and Jake sold me a larger, better quality pump for half of what I paid to replace the factory pump from the original dealer. He took the board back, replaced the pump, never charged me for my stupidity, just the work on the pump. I greatly appreciated the awesome customer service, quick turn around and reasonable pricing. If your having any Hot Tub issues you can't go wrong with the Hot Tub Ninjas.
