Great experience dealing with these guys. Had a beautiful new hot tub delivered quickly and placed perfectly. They supplied me with what I needed and I never expected to enjoy using it as much as I do. Great pricing, I suggest checking these guys out first.

We purchased a hot tub from Canadian Tire and searched for a company in Ottawa to transport it to our home and set it up in our (tiny) backyard. We have a semi-detached home and not enough space on the side of our home bc of the air conditioner. We required a crane and electrical on top of setting up the hot tub. White glove service! They did everything for us, from crane (Let's Boom), to electrical, to delivery all in one day! Look no further. Ask for Steve Gilmour for electrical. He is fantastic. The crew were awesome too! Save yourself time. The Hot Tub Guys- do it all. We sussed out different companies. 5 Stars for the Hot Tub Guys. Plus, they make sure you have the ESA certificate for home insurance purposes. We are very happy with the service provided by Hot Tub Guys.Our hot tub came with a built-in base however we still wanted to place it on a gravel bed. Hot Tub Guys installed their handygrid solution inside our pergola well in advance of our hot tub delivery. The base is very sturdy and level, exactly what we needed and much more cost-effective than poured concrete.The actual electrical hookup was also done well. An electrician was able to come the same day as our delivery and everything went very smoothly. They ordered an ESA inspection which came back with one (minor) defect, and Hot Tub Guys came back and fixed the defect within a week. The electrician also took the time to show us all the work done and made sure we understood how everything worked.

The hot tub guys came highly recommended through the local contractor social media site; I can now totally understand why!From the initial contact to inquire about services to relocate a hot tub from the seller to my rooftop patio, Scott and his team were incredibly helpful, responsive, timely, efficient and wonderful to deal with. Additionally they offer very fair, competitive rates. They also went above and beyond in order to set up a local crane company to lift & position my new hottub on to my soon to be ‘roof top oasis’. Additionally, Scott the owner went above and beyond in terms of service to come to my home to ensure that my existing electrical would permit a hot tub and to see the space and ensure all was well showing confidence in their skill level & professionalism!The level of expertise, customer service and personal care was phenomenal. I highly recommend this local company for any and all of your hottub/spa needs. FIVE STARS!

We purchased a new hot tub and mad arrangements with Hot Tub Guys to come out and install the electrical for it. They had previously provided us a competitive quote and verified that we did not need to upgrade our electrical service to the house.On the day the tub was delivered Steve came out in the morning and did all the pre work for the install. He then left and said to let him know when the tub was delivered and he would come back to finish. I contacted him when the company showed up with the hot tub and he was back at the house before the tub was even unloaded from trailer. Steve was very professional and answered all of our question during the process. We would not hesitate to recommend HotTubGuys for their electrical work and will surely use them on future projects.

We recently bought a hot tub from Hot Tub Guys on a recommendation from a friend. We purchased the hot tub and also had they new wiring done as well. We were very please with the service from Scott and his team. When our hot tub was delivered (July 31), it did have a defect (Manufacturer). The hot tub was left with us (as we could use it still) and because of COVID and the backlog for tubs, we thought it could be months before it was replaced. Less than a month later, I received the call that they would be bringing my new replacement tub (Aug 25). It was switched out easily and the installation team was very friendly and courteous. I have already recommended Hot Tub Guys to my coworkers and we are very happy to be soaking and relaxing every evening!

Broken spa, missing parts, and unfulfilled promises:UPDATE (Nov 11): Despite a response to my review more than a week ago, the owner has yet to contact me and did not send someone to my place last week as was suggested in his response. I waited the week to see if they would show up, but no call, no email and no show. As I stated in my initial review, I have already addressed the issues myself, so at this point, I would ask the owner to stop stringing me along.We hired HotTubGuys to move a spa for us. We compared move/delivery dates as well as prices and would rate HotTubGuys highly on that. The moving crew was on time and professional.Once the spa was set in place, the crew pointed out a corner panel of the exterior cabinet was missing and said it came off in transport. A diverter lever/handle was also missing.We were told they probably had some pieces around the shop and that the owner (Scott) would get back to us. After several days, I had not heard anything so I reached out. At first, it seemed as if Scott was going to help us out. He asked for pictures of the diverter handle (the one still on the spa). But, he stopped responding to my emails.The first snow fell and I had to dig snow out of the hole where the panel was missing. I didn't want squirrel or worse nesting inside it for the winter--I needed to make the spa whole again, so I purchased a new handle and I a fabricated a temporary panel until I can find one. Turns out panels are very hard to find. All I can locate are full cabinet replacements (very expensive). I asked Scott where I might locate that part (to buy it myself) but he has yet to answer.--disappointed

HotTubGuys did all the electrical work for my hot tub purchase. They did a great job, and were very responsive and easy to deal with. The hot tub delivery date changed many times from the manufacturer, but HotTubGuys were easy to deal with and had no issues scheduling the install when the hot tub finally arrived. They also installed some new GFI plugs for my outside connections. There were no issues with the ESO inspection.I highly recommend HotTubGuys if you need a new install.

Fast and efficient installation of our new hot tub. Very professional in all aspects of the install. Unexpectedly responsive to issues and the resolutions were immediate, was very impressed. Highly recommend this company.

From the first contact, HotTubGuys were incredibly responsive sending someone out to review the site and scope of work I outlined. Before I even sat down, they had sent me an electronic quote via email (likely from the vehicle while they sat in my driveway). They were doing electrical for a hot tub and true to word, they sent someone out the same day as the hot tub arrived to do all the work and as the hot tub was delivered late in the day, they returned the next day to finish the hook up.I must note even though they are called The Hot Tub Guys, they do far more. In addition to my hot tub electrical work, I asked them if they could install a wall plug for me, add a panel breaker to go with this plug and others on the line when we need them. I also had them fix an odd light switch issue which the technician immediately knew was a 3 way miswiring and while here I dropped another task on them to fix a tripping outdoor GFI plug which was not on the initial scope of work. They did it all, quickly and efficiently. Simply great service.We just moved to the local community and we have found our electricians for all of our electrical needs.
