When I was 30, I bought a house in West Riverview. My neighbour, Lynda Mitton gave me John's number. I have been calling on he and his son for the past 24 years since I have owned my home. The great thing is, they have a homestead in Beersville, so if I need help at my mother's house in St Charles, I will contact John and his son. I adore talking to Mrs Sharon Glencross on the phone when scheduling routine or urgent appointments. Professional. Honest. Above board always. They fit you in. Response time in emergency flooding, out comes John with a pump and pipe ready to fix the problem. They are the best so why bother with anybody else. I like their charm and honest opinions. They have been working our area for a long time so they understand when houses were built how the drainage tiles were set or if there is any backflow valves in place. This is very helpful for insurance purposes and well worth investing in your home to reduce costs and keep the moisture out of your basement. I live in a Dobson built house. A reputable developer. If there is something to know, John will understand the issues because he has been in many of the neighbourhood homes. Are they the most expensive? No. Are they the cheapest? No. Free is when you have to call John and have him fix whatever McGuyver work around was mickey moused in the first place.
