I started outfitting my home with furniture from this location. Right from the get-go I have had nothing but excellent service, experience and product. Amanda is amazing she helped me put together my living room, kitchen, entryway and office. She has wonderful, and helpful advice with regards to design and color coordination. After I bought my kitchen table I had a problem with it being wobbly. I was put in touch with Dennis in service and he helped me resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. I love that this location offers Canadian made products and I will continue to go to them for all of my furniture needs. I highly, and happily recommend this place to anybody who is looking for new furniture.

Amanda is super friendly and knowlegeable. She helped us figure out what we wanted in a bedframe based on our colour scheme. The store has many options for colours and materials as well. Brian and Andrew delivered and set up our new couches quickly and with great care. They gave me tips on leather maintenance before leaving. We also found the owner James to be very accomodating! Excellent service and quality all around!

Overall good experience.The Furniture: There is some good quality furniture here and a huge selection. Ability to customize fabric, color, and size of many pieces. I find it slightly expensive but at the end of the day it seems to be good quality.The Sales Experience: They were nice and very responsive via email and phone. I found that they were kind of lying to me though on my bed. Originally when I expressed interest they indicated they did not have any in stock that I had to order by the end of the week or I would miss the next shipment and the next delivery for the bed would be 5-7 months. I ended up not placing an order originally and came back a few weeks later AFTER this so called last order was placed. Big surprise....they still had none in stock and when I ordered the bed it ended up coming in 4 weeks or so. I guess this is just a sales tactic to create some urgency...The Delivery: Overall the delivery experience was really good and the delivery guys were quick to set up, as well as careful not to mark walls, hardwood, etc. The delivery guys broke one of the plastic elevator ceiling tiles while putting something in the elevator. They definitely made up for it my there set up and care of my place. I didn't have felt pads so they kind of made their own out of the packaging material until I could go buy some. There was no mess left behind.

Good selection of furniture. Service was good. Pick up process was straight forward. Some of the products seemed a bit more expensive compared to other furnishing stores with similar products. I did find what I was looking for and was pleased with the experience.

Excellent service! Amanda, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She wasn’t pushy and was very respectful. She even came in on her day off because we were unable to meet with her when she was working!In addition, the showroom was displayed well, with lots of selection, and prices were reasonable!A pleasure to shop at F2!

Friendly staff, decently modern pieces and very reasonable prices compared to most furniture stores. Staff are friendly but not pushy. I would definitely buy here.

It's a huge place, but there's enough variety to warrant it I suppose. What I sat in (chairs and barstools mostly) was all good quality, sturdy and had a good weight to it. The sales lady explained about differences in materials and how the workmanship was done. It was really busy on the weekend though so I made a second trip on a weekday instead. Delivery was good, they charge per trip so its better to get everything delivered together, but they took care of the assembly and cardboard trash so that was worth it. All in all, good experience and not much hassle.

Customer service is not good, shipping (as other reviews have noted) is not realistic and emails will be ignored often. Prices are way too high given what you're actually getting. Go somewhere that will at least give you quality for the price. If you really like something at F2 you're better off shopping for the equivalent pieces online and saving 20%+ vs the rip off prices you'll find here.
