Great customer service. The work they did was amazing!

I can't believe my insurance company has this business as one of their preferences for major repair work. Not only did I have to go back 3 times to get the work done to my satisfaction , but on the last visit my windshield was cracked. To my knowledge the windshield was in perfect condition when I dropped the car off for repairs.I had to put in another insurance claim to get the windshield fixed because the body shop claimed they do not know what happened it it.I would never recommend this company to anyone .In fact I just filled out a survey for my insurance company expressing my dissatisfaction.

Had car in for body work after an accident.Got the car back and there was a chip in the windshield right below the wiper blade arm which turned into a crack. Never replaced my wiper blades myself so they must have taken them off when they took out the windshield. Would have considered it an honest mistake if they admitted fault but they never did and I had to go through insurance to fix it. On top of that, there was dirt in the paint when it was sent out which was noted by another carstar location.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! I want people to know about this company and why I rated it 1 star. I had some damage done to my car and was getting it done through insurance. I had my car looked at by carstar and they said that the estimate was done and they would call me to book a repair. I waited for a call from them for 3 weeks, and still no call. I call my insurance company and they call the repair center to call me. I find out they didnt even place my estimate in their computer. Then I call to talk to a manager at carstar about my experience. He then says well I see your not happy with us, and to take my car somewhere else. I hope that people will think before going to this repair center.

I have used these guys before and they did decent work. This time I needed to get an antenna replaced and some minor body work. I brought it in on January 11th and was told there would be a short wait. I waited a couple of weeks and then called. They told me they were backed up and it would be the last week of February or the first week of March at the latest. On March 9th without hearing a peep, I called them and they said their next available time was mid-end April. I was not booked, my part not ordered. 2 months, nothing done or booked. My advice is to stay away from this place. Terrible service.

All the employees were very polite, thorough and made sure everything was good before I left. I would go back there for sure if I ever need work done on my vehicle.

I had to have my windshield replaced because a rock it the day before my inspection. They got it done before my time limit to pass inspection and also found the mouse that moved into my engine compartment and removed it for me ... I got my inspection done and then had their detail department through Mazda undercoat and rust protect my car and it now runs so much quieter and better I adore them! Thanks guys! I went to work here and stayed cause I know we try to do great work!!!

I got my car fender and grill fixed was only a week they are crazy busy very pleasant people work there

These guys are an absolute joke. I would give negative 5stars if possible.They might as well be the insurance company as they argue over damage . Your job is to estimate and fix not argue over how the accident happened. Absolutely horrible customer service that loves to trash the insurance company, quite possibly the worst customer service experience in my life so far. Wouldn't let them touch my car with a water hose.P.S Call to make it right? You're kidding right, I don't EVER want to step foot in that establishment ever again, go find another crew cause that place needs a major overhaul or go learn about customer service and how to run a business and teach your employees. Ridiculous
