The manager Frank promised me a replacement car, then when I got there he lied and said I never said that so we ended up wasting our time for nothing as we just took our car and went home because we can't stay without a car for 3 days (have kids to drop off). Don't deal with them, very unprofessional and low quality, business only depends on insurance.

1) It took over 4 weeks to have a simple repair done... 2) they had no courtesy cars available until I complained to my insurances to find an alternative... 3) my car was vandalized in their garage (with 10 others) while it was being repaired & during their work hours; police investigation pending... 4) they returned my car partially fixed and charged me for an alignment they didn't do properly (my car pulls to the left... Had to escalate situation and return the car to them to have it done properly)... I DO not recommend.

Staff is very polite and helpful, however service took 5 weeks when covered by insurrance and have to go back as job was not complete gave me back car with 1 out 4 headlights working.
