Swim Fins Swim School Abbotsford

I really loved putting my daughter in Swim Fins she really enjoys going for her lessons and more confident underwater now. She love the idea of having not too many kids in a session so that the couch can focus on all the kids. My daughter love the couch for they are really friendly and welcoming. I have recommended it to my friends as well and they just love it.♥♥♥

They cancelled lessons all the time.. we enrolled my kids for a few lessons, they saved our credit card on file and charged it without letting us know after their session was over. When we requested a refund, they gave us “credit”.. then kept trying to charge us for more lessons. You cannot remove your credit card off the website as well!! They will keep charge your credit card… moreover; they kick out kids without notice… I do not recommend them! Do not give them your credit card as they will keep charge you $500 for lessons and won’t refund you..

Our daughter’s swimming skills have improved significantly. She absolutely loves going to swimming lessons (and she hated the city swim lessons as they forced her to do things she was uncomfortable doing). Swimming is a life skill and she can now swim in the deep end unassisted. She has had many different instructors and we have been happy with all of them. Their program is quite expensive which is unfortunate is today’s world, however compared to the City of Chilliwack swimming experience we had, it was worth the money.

We’ve done 3 semesters in Abbotsford now and I’ve noticed such a difference in my son’s confidence and abilities. He loves swimming lessons and enjoys going every single week! I would, and definitely do recommend Swim Fins to friends

If there have NEGATIVE stars, I will post -5 stars for Swim Fins swim school. so disappointed. Non-existent Customer Service, Too expensive. NO refund policy.I have to post this comment to all of their location, WE HAVE NO CHOICE. May be need to inform the hotel and see how to reach them to solve the problem.How can the hotel rent their pool to this kind of swimming company?1) Unacceptable !!!!! No report card.The last class canceled by them, I wrote to them numerous times to get my kid's report card but never heard back from them. (I know not only our family, check other comments you will find out more similar cases.)2) NEVER replyThey never reply back. There is no phone number, no company address. They rent a hotel pool and can only use half of it.3) Auto re-enroll, no refund policyThey auto renew the classes (EXPENSIVE swim fee. Once they charge your credit card, they do not refund.)***Be aware that this company automatically re-enrolls your child for the next season's sessions at the same date and time, unless you remember to withdraw and cancel before the deadline.4) Coach shortage, cancelled classes with short notice, no make up classThey do not refund any money for cancellations even caused by Coach shortage. No make up class. They only give class credits which you will not want. Swimfins has a no cancelation policy. Apparently, the amount is credited back to your account and available only if you sign up with them again. Who is going to sign up a second time after a harrowing experience the first time?5) Their ONLY manager Chris who is in charge of client relationship is unprofessional!Stay away this swim school.

Would highly recommend Sim Fins School. They not only have smaller classes allowing more one on one. But they will discuss and recommend stuff after each class based on how your kid is doing. My son always comes out with a smile on his face and says he’s enjoyed the class.

We have had multiple awful experiences with this company. High recommend it is avoided at all costs.After having one good experience with private lessons we signed up for another set. The instructor was beyond awful. Paying for private you would expect a little bit of effort and planning from the coach. She spent every lesson just letting my daughter throw toys and then carry her to them to grab them - something I easily could have done by myself. Not only that, but the coach canceled the lessons many times with short notice. After bringing this to the attention of the company, instead of offering a different instructor or a half decent solution, they cancelled her lessons and banned her from registering for a lifetime. Truly one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with - cannot handle conflict and have zero problem solving skills.

Our daughter has finished her fifth session with swim fins and it’s night and day. She’s confident, proficient, and fully autonomous in the water now. In public lessons she repeated the same class three times, class sizes were 6-8 kids, each lesson was 30 minutes and it just wasn’t a fit for her. Swim fins has been imperative in her success and accomplishment with swimming and her success. I’ve encouraged all my siblings to spend the money as it’s well worth the expenditure and you can easily assess the improvements and impact of private lessons over local public lessons.

Have only had 1 class so far with my 7mo old baby. She loved it and the instructor was very friendly and gentle with her learning. Looking forward to the rest of the program.

So far we have only had 3 lessons but my kids seem happy and I'm super excited to see their progress. They look forward to going. The pool is super warm (unlike our local community pool) and the program is well organized:)
