to buy a driving book for $5. you need to take a number, sit in line for 1 hour, and buy a book in 1 minute..... we did not come to do documents, but only to buy a book for $ 5, because of this we had to wait in line for 1 hour. it's horrible

People here are always cranky. Maybe if they smiled more my opinion would be different. Every time i go here it is the same thing. Sorry but this is my experience.
