Bathrooms needed a little fixing (2 toilets not working, soap dispenser broken and paper towel dispenser broken so a roll was left on the wet counter) but the main reason for 1 star is we were charged for tap water put in our own waterbottles....I thought tap water was free?

This is a very busy location....need more order takers....standing in line or lining up in vehicles for 20+ minutes...might just as well go to a real restaurant.

When my mobile app sent my order to another store, they told me to figure it out myself, nothing they could or would do to help since they aren't associated.Having worked for Tim Hortons, I'm aware that this policy is wrong...as I can get a coffee in one store and have it be wrong and bring to another store. Very disappointed

They don't take amex at this location which drives me crazy.Service is usually good. I asked for a double toasted bagel and I didn't get anything close to it this visit.

Wendy's is great if you like big juicy/greasy burgers. But the real treat is the store next door ! We came to check out this road-side store & was pleasantly surprised to find a very full decorative gift shop with so much to choose from. Great selection of delicious fudge and ice cream which are very generous with their scoops. We now come often.

Nice Tim Hortons on TransCanada highway on the way to Sault Ste Marie from Sudbury. They have all menu collection and the staff is also good. Drive through was pretty busy.

The staff was polite but very busy with very active drive-thru and indoor service. Please be kind and patient with the staff as they deal with hundreds of travelers. They do a good job having product available. If they make a mistake just let them know and they will help. I stop here every time I travel past it and it is very convenient and attached to a wendy's. To one side of the building outside is a shop and the other a gas station with good prices. So if you need a pick me up on the road, worth the stop. This place has even helped me deal with a bad order from another Tim's because they didn't want my experience to be bad. They really went above and beyond to help a tired traveler!! Kudos for showing such kindness!
