I bought a container here. Over the phone, they gave detailed information about quality, cost and delivery times. Everything was done as promised. The prices are the lowest on the market, the quality of the container is good.

Summary: Blamed me for their mistakes, Did not stand behind their product, delivered a product that was below standard.My experience with storecan was awful. I purchased a 20' used can. When the delivery date arrived, I was told the truck had broken down. Not wanting to wait, I sent my own truck. The driver arrived to find the can in poor shape and asked for a different one. He was told that was the only can that would be offered to him, so he delivered it. When I got it, I found that it had the stench of rotten sea water. The smell was so bad you could smell it from 5' away! It also had bent doors and the side was crushed and had holes that were poorly patched. It looked and smelled like it spent time underwater.I decided to send it back and buy a new one. When I complained about the can, they said it was my fault for not complaining before delivery. I said that we did complain and they said the complaint needed to be to them, not the can provider. How am I to know that it's not the same business? Why do you even offer cans that are trash? They certainly don't show pics of cans like that on their website.I sent the can back at my expense and upgraded to a new one that they said they had in stock. When my driver arrived, they refused to take the old can back, despite me telling them we were heading there in the morning. The driver had to wait 3 hours (at my expense) before things were sorted out. Then storecan said that they did not actually have a new one and I could take a another used one or pay to upgrade. That's a bit of a rip considering my trucker was there waiting. With a lot of back and forth, they decided to discount the upgraded new can with doors on both ends.In the end, I feel like storecan was making all the mistakes and I was paying all the bills. I would not recommend storecan to anyone. I would suggest you find a more honest company that stands by their product and does not blame the customer for their mistakes.The pics show the can, but honestly, I wish I could upload the smell for you.

We ordered a 40-foot container from these guys. The sales rep was wonderful and the container was in good shape. Can't go wrong with the newer units. Thanks)
