Polar Palace Ice Cream

I used to love coming here in the summer and getting ice cream treats. Now not so much, the staff are hard to understand and paying for an item is difficult. I payed for the ice cream treats with my debit card, and it was accepted. The counter person said I didn't pay because the receipt paper did not print off. The counter person told me to pay again, so I obliged and payed again. I went on my banking app and it said I made two purchases. It was not my fault they didn't refill the paper print out on the debit machine. I explained this to the counter person and they refunded my money, only when a different person payed in cash. Why couldn't they refund my money on my debit?I hope this place gets better soon, If not I will just head to Walmart and buy ice cream treats there instead.

I love going to Polar Palace, I live right across the street so it's nice and convenient for me.Their ice cream is awesome, I usually get cookies and cream and theirs has a taste that's better than the actual Oreo brand ice cream! Haven't had their food so can't comment on that.They also have slush puppies, soft serve ice cream, milkshakes and sundaes. They're open in the winter now too as they've adapted their space so you can walk in and order.

Lots of choices hard and soft ice cream and mini donuts. Fairly expensive. Lots of free parking in the lot

I love the staff here they are really friendly and polite. They are always happy to serve with smiles on their faces. The ice cream there is amazing so many flavours of specialty soft ice cream and the hard ice cream is great to som many to choose from. I recommend this place to all my friends even a stranger I recommend it too. A must must go to place for your favourite flavour.

First visit here in probably 15 or 20 years since we lived in Parkridge. Fast service, small lineups, very creamy and smooth ice cream with intense flavour!!oh, and you don’t have to wait for flavour of the day to get your favourite flavoured soft serve!!!

No line up at all. Staff were nice. I ordered the Birthday Party ice cream, which was yummy and loaded with sprinkles. Huge range of flavours from Amaretto to Bubblegum. I love going here.

Best ice cream in regina! Never disappoints. Great service too and our dog loves the doggy delight!
