Krown Rust Control

The people here are great, they squeezed me in, honestly, it's good service, however 3 years in a row I had to get them to take my truck back in to redo. After i was told it was complete, i went out and looked under it and 80 % of the truck was dry. I was told the oil was soaking in to the old undercoating, which is nonsense as I've had my vehicles Krowned for years. And after the re sprayed it, it's been wet all day, so the soaking in theory is blown. My only other concern is did they actually wand inside the plugs in my other panels. I'm not sure if i will re-visit this location or not, which is a shame because they use to be amazing and use to drench my vehicles.

No appointment, but they took me right in. I didn’t plan on having it done that day, but I had some spare time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The product looks well and evenly applied. The only thing (small thing) was that the car wash after the application didn’t remove a whole lot of the overspray.

Staff informative. Appointment was started on time and estimate of time they would be finished was correct. I have been going to this location for eight years and have no complaints. Book your appointment early as this is a busy location.

Excellent service! I came in late because we had to turn around due to a road closure, called them and they were very willingly to still accommodate us, on top of that you will really see the good quality on what they do to your vehicle, they applied the coating way beyond my expecations. Definitely will come back here yearly.

I got my undercoating done from Krown for the first time. After it was done the car came out , I noticed a small scratch on my front passenger side door. Upon asking they denied and said they dont know how this happened. Very disappointed at them. Why wouldn't they take care of my car and handle it with care? I am paying for their service not to be disappointed like that. No one took any responsibility or no empathy from the employees or anything. Very poor experience. I just purchased my car and Krown did this.
