Spirit Halloween

Great Spirit location, employees are friendlier here then any other locations. They were at least happy to help me find among their large selection a specific item. Although it's very cramped in here, do not expect to be able to properly browse as people don't care and just crowd around you.

This was a pop up shop, it was very busy weeks before Halloween but always had attentive staff and so many choices for all, young and old! They had a 50% off everything clearance the weekend before Halloween, still fairly organized but long long lines!!

Wish it was bigger. Preferres the other Newmarket location at upper Canada Mall. This location was a pain to find with all the construction. However staff were super helpful , kind and knowledgeable in costume products available. Will definitely be back!

I love Halloween. This year the store is lacking in displays, it's much smaller and has less products. Customer service is great. Store was clean and items were easy to locate.

Good selection of Halloween customers for adults and children. Decent amount for toddlers. Sizes were limited with wide range for toddlers. The setup and decoration were well done and appropriate. Price was a tad high, hence for the four stars.

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately we had a bout of Covid in our home and couldn't get to the store before the full refund date. We had bought multiple costumes with the full intention of keeping one and returning the other. They offered an exchange but as I stated, we kept the costume we wanted and had no use for an exchange. They didn't care. Buy on Amazon instead as they offer free returns even after Halloween.

I’ve loved Spirit Halloween since I was a child, I previously worked there and had to stop going in because of significant personal reasons, including the fact that I am a high school student. They would always schedule me on the least favorable days to work and gave all the adult employees the shifts they desired.(not a good job to get as a student) After being terminated/quitting, I went in to buy a costume and was harassed and sworn at by one of the managers at cash. This won’t be forgotten or taken lightly, I will be taking action. This made me feel very uncomfortable and lost for words, that an adult would say such things to me in an environment that is suppose to be “friendly” and “welcoming” to “everyone”.
